Description of Work: I called with a special request (helped to be very close by) and they were able to meet that request. Service manager was very knowledgeable and their entomologist even stopped by on his way home to verify the type of insect we were investigating.

MY EXPERIENCE WITH AUGUSTINE HAS BEEN GOOD -- THEY HAVE DONE WHAT WAS PROMISED IN TERMS OF THEIR MONITORING THE CANISTERS. ONCE THEY CAME OUT AN ADDITIONAL TIME TO INSPECT SOME DAMAGE I HAD, TO DETERMINE ITS CAUSE. ALSO, THEY HAVE REINSTALLED SOME CANISTERS THAT HAD TO BE MOVED FOR HOUSE MAINTENANCE. MY ONLY COMPLAINT IS THAT WE STILL HAVE TERMITES ACTIVELY FEEDING ON THE CANISTERS.
Description of Work: AUGUSTINE INSTALLED SENTRICON CANISTERS AROUND THE PERIMETER OF OUR HOUSE FOUNDATION. THE SYSTEM USED IS SUPPOSED TO GET RID OF TERMITES. THEY INSPECT THE CANISTERS MONTHLY. WHEN LIVE ACTIVITY IS FOUND, THEY THEN LOAD THE SPECIFIC CANISTERS WITH PESTICIDE THAT IS SUPPOSED TO BE CARRIED BACK TO THEIR NEST AND CAUSES ALL THE TERMITES TO DIE. AUGUSTINE ADDS ADDITIONAL CANISTERS IN SPOTS WHERE LIVE ACTIVITY IS FOUND.
