This house became a rental. The service good, on time, and fair price.

The carpet was very dirty due to pets and lack of professional cleaning for sometime. Dining room carpet had big ridges and wrinkles from poor installation. There were some challenges to the stretching since the room could not be completely cleared, but it now looks flat and wonderful. There were a couple of areas of a different carpet that just couldn't returned to their original condition, but not due to any lack of attempts by Jeff. I am very happy that the main floors and rooms like almost like new. Great job, kudos to Jeff Voorhies and company.

I mentioned it already. He called me with estimates (long distance since I'm in St. Louis and hired him) and tried to save us money, knowing that whoever buys the house will probably have to replace the carpeting anyway. It just needed to look nice for the realtor to show the home. He was kind and caring to my daughter during a difficult time and we trusted him enough to let him work while she was at her son's little league football game. He called right away after he was done, and I was able to pay him over the phone. He did a very large area including two stairways, a landing, 4 bedrooms, living room, dining room and family room for 375. And he repaired cat scratched areas that my daughter's cats did when they were accidentally locked in closets. He trimmed the areas and put patches on. My daughter said he did an awesome job! Meanwhile he's pleasant and polite on the phone and was kind to my daughter. I hope that's enough praise to get him even more work. He will do his total best for you.

The service was excellent. I really liked the results although we did have to have him come back because an area of our carpet turned a little brown. It was a high traffic area. He came out quickly and recleaned it. It was due to a reaction to the carpet cleaning solution and the carpet or what was in the carpet. He said he see's it happen every once in a a while. He was happy to come reclean it.

Jeff was on-time and professional. He and his team worked hard to get our carpets cleaned in a non-intrusive manner. They were very efficient. I called Jeff about a spot that didn't come out (it was an old spot and I had very little hope). He came back out and worked on the spot again at no extra charge.

Dog has been up to no good and carpet is soiled again in same spots that were treated in August. Called at 10AM on 9/5/13. Called three times and machine picked up but then never said anything and wouldn't take message. Fourth time message came on and I left my name and number. No call back. It has now been more than 24 hours and no one has called me so obviously I am not using them again.

Excellent service! Jeff promptly returned calls, confirmed the appointment and showed up early for the appointment. He and his son did a great job. He explained problem areas that most likely wouldn't clean up and was very thorough. They brought equipment to prevent scuffing corners and newel posts. I would recommend Jeff to anyone in the area looking to clean their carpets.

Jeff was very thorough in every aspect of his visit. He kept in phone contact with me for the entire duration from booking the job to its completion. He was actually 3 hrs earlier then scheduled but called to make sure that would be acceptable, which worked out great for us. He also called me to let me know that the stain treatment I had requested really wouldn't be all that beneficial to me due to wearing of my carpet, which most people would have done anyway and taken my money. So not only did he not overcharge me for something I really didn't need, but he also gave me a great discount on the services he did perform. I was very impressed with Jeff and will definitely be using his company again.

He arrived on time and we went over the job. He/I moved furniture around together as needed. He was very friendly and courteous. Cost quoted on the phone was near what he actually charged. He took about 3.5 hours and did a great job. Our house had 4 bedrooms, large den, dining room, & stairs that were carpeted to clean. I highly recommend him to others needing their carpets cleaned.

My sweet little dog had a very, very bad case of the runs, and made an unbelievable mess of my bedroom and dining room carpets. I contacted Jeff, who responded quickly to my call. When he called to set up an appointment, he gave suggestions of what I could do to minimize staining until he was able to come out the next day. He texted me that he was going to be about 15 minutes late, and when he arrived, he set to work immediately. He was very careful around the woodwork, and did the work quickly and efficiently. The carpets are beautiful, with no visible staining whatsoever. And even better, the carpets were almost completely dry after 12 hours, and totally dry by this morning. I will definitely call Jeff again in the future.

It was a good experience. The man who came out was on time and efficient. He cleaned the carpet sufficiently. I had no problems with him. He was professional and he did the job when he was supposed to.

Jeff was timely, thorough, careful, and professional. We could not have been more satisfied with his work or his work ethic.

We needed carpets cleaned in a house we were buying; the catch was, it needed to be at 5:00 on a Friday! Jeff was very willing to accommodate our needs. We would definitely use his service again.

He was very professional. He did an excellent job on the pet stains and other stains. He was very accommodating on getting them done in a short period of time.

The job turned out amazing. It was wonderful. He was very polite, thorough, and prompt getting back to me when I sent an email or called. Our landlord had the carpet cleaned before we moved in and he was able to get stains out that they did not. He cleaned better after us living there for a year then they were able to.

Voorhies was great. He even called to say he could come early which was great!. He took time to do a great job and was very friendly and professional. I was very happy and would definitely re-hire them!!

Jeff and his son did a great job cleaning our carpets! They look and smell great. I will be calling them in the future to clean our basement carpet.

Existing cleaner did not do a good job. So we used Voorhies to clean the house and they did a great job.

They accommodated everything I wanted. They returned my call quickly and squeezed me in. They did exactly what they said they would do and put everything back where it was supposed to be. They came and in 45 minutes it was done. They are an excellent choice and it is pleasant people. I would highly recommend them. He didn't try to sell me more; he didn't try to do anything else, which was wonderful. I would definitely use them again, I've added them to my personal list.

It took a few phone calls to schedule the actual service date and time but after that it went well. He arrived on time, worked diligently and finished in a timely manner. He was very friendly and did a great job.
