In the beginning TCA sent Erica out (right after the crew finished) to make sure that it's clean to their standards. WOW when the company you hire is walking around feeling all the surfaces to check that they are really clean, you know your house is going to be immaculate. We also have a pet peeve with top sheets not being tucked in and they made a notation in our file so that no matter who cleans our house, they know to tuck in the top sheet and we don't have to tell them every visit all the things we like done and how we like them done. We did have some issues in the beginning with them arriving too early, but Erica and the staff worked really hard to ensure that we were happy and they changed the schedules for us. In addition, the owners, Jack and Linda are very hands on and have spoken with us several times to make sure we are happy.

It’s the first time I’ve worked with a cleaning company, so I’m not sure what my expectations should be, but overall, they’ve done a good job. They’ve been responsive with any issues I’ve had and come out to re-clean without any problems if I’m not satisfied.

They do a pretty good job and they always show up on time. We provide them with a script; it is pretty clear what the parameters are and what we want. We don't want them to some minor things or change the trash and once in a while, they do. The new people will usually do it, but once we bring it to their attention, it gets better. If they haven't been to the place before they need to make sure they read the script.

They have done a good job and I am happy with them.

I think they are very detailed and they have very impressive quality control; they have an inspector that will do surprise visits to check on the crew to make sure they are doing a good job. They also have a training program they have their workers go through and they are tested. I try to keep the same crew because they know how I like things done. If there are any exceptions, they are noted and I am very clear what is and what is not supposed to be done. They are very thorough. I am absolutely thrilled with their service.

I've had other cleaning services before, but The Cleaning Authority is by far the best. The owner is very nice and super responsive. I think the cost is quite reasonable and the crew that comes to my house every 2 weeks is very conscientious.

We use them regularly and usually they are really good with the main crew. When they have replacement people come in the work is spotty. They are easy to schedule with.

They did an excellent job. I feel I can trust them with my house when I am not there.

Jack Bauer, one of the owners came to our home and went through each room we wanted to include in the service. He gave us an estimate of $89/cleaning afer the first two cleanings. The first two cleanings are deep cleaning of all the areas, followed by the rotation system, which deep cleans one of four areas in the home. This office is very pleasant to work with - everyone I have been in contact with has been very friendly and helpful. They are very accomodating if you need to make an occasional change to the schedule.

They do an excellent job. They leave my home clean and fresh. They are dependable. They are flexible to work with. I would definitely recommend them to others.

The owner came over to give us a walk through and bid. He was very professional and a pleasure to talk to. We set up for or initial 2 deep cleans and then will go on our normal maintenance clean every other week. Had the first deep clean and they did an excellent job. Very thorough and made my wife very happy, which makes me happy.

I had two expensive diamond pendants missing. They’re gone. That’s why I no longer use them. I told them I didn’t want the rotation because I had thoroughly cleaned my house, the baseboards and everything. But they had to do the rotation. Some very obvious things were not cleaned. They didn’t offer to come back and fix it. I have to say I also had a carpet cleaner in at the same time. I don’t think they stole my jewelry but I did contact the carpet cleaner, the Cleaning Authority and the police. They didn’t walk into a dirty house or a cluttered house. I didn’t need the rotation. I didn’t want that but they pushed for it. They didn’t respond when I called and told them about the missing items.

It's $127 every other week. They do a good job, they are consistent, reliable and show up when they say they will. We've never had a cancelltion or reschedule.

We've used 4 companies in the past 8 years. This is the first company that we've been completely satisfied with. 2 of the companies did a terrible job. One of the companies did a great job the first 2 cleanings to get our business but after that quality went way down and we had to call them back out on numerous occasions over 2 years. We moved a year ago and decided to try someone else based on a recommendation. We've been with the Cleaning Authority for about 5 months now and have been extremely pleased with the quality of their work. We've never had any problem areas that we needed to call them back for and they've been very responsive when we've had to reschedule with them.

They did an excellent job. They were really great and very professional. They would leave notes with good messages.

Everything goes well, we've been using them for about 4 months. We found them on Angie's List and I would say their prices are fair and competitive.

First cleaning has been done and was good. They missed a few minor things, we will see how cleaning #2 goes.

They showed up on time when they said they would. We did have to call them back out to re clean areas again. Every time that we did this they came out and were responsive. Some of the crews were hard to work with because of a language barrier. Other than that everything else was a good experience.

It is usually the same people that come when they clean. They are what you are looking for in a cleaning service. They are prompt, punctual, and do a good job. The above cost is per visit.

The Cleaning Authority staff does a wonderful job. They were the only company to offer to come to our home to provide a firm estimate of cost. They provide an overview of the general clean and the detail clean each time. They arrive on time and perform the work as described. I have been very impressed with their service so far.

This company has a printed list broken into categories: items that are cleaned every time and items that are cleaned periodically on a rotational basis. Jack explained the system thoroughly & also said after each cleaning they leave a note saying what got the periodic cleaning & with a reminder about what would get periodic cleaning the next time (so I could go to extra effort to de-clutter that area in preparation). They have a list of fees also, such as lock-out fee (if they get there and for some reason can't get in) etc. I liked that everything was in writing so I would know exactly what to expect and could hold them accountable for what was to be cleaned. They seem not to be flexible on owner's requests for specific items: I asked if they could remove the front grill on the fridge and clean under there, as pet hair accumulates on the coils. They could not do this, and they could not clean my chandelier as it required getting on a ladder (workers comp issue).
