Description of Work: My family has used Smith's Specialty since 2003, and they have always been very professional and honest. However, there were two incidents in 2014 which caused us to take our business elsewhere which was pretty hard for us. When I came across an oil change voucher on Angie's list, I decided I would give them another chance. I am glad I did, they offered the quality and great customer service that originally made them our go to shop for everything. These guys have ALWAYS done quality work, after more than 10 years of using them for all of car services, the only issues I have had were customer service issues (new people working in the office) and Jordan (One of the owners) called himself to apologize. It was hard to trust anyone else with our cars, glad to be back at home with Smith Specialty.

Description of Work: Repaired my 2003 Chrysler Sebring coolant housing and replaced brake pads and rotors. Excellent job. Fair price. Friendly and simply explained work that needed to be done. Provided ride to and from work during repairs. Highly recommend their automotive services.
