It went okay. I had them treat for ants and spiders. Scheduling was fine – I just called them up and scheduled the treatment.

Everything was great! He was here for an hour and I was happy with their services. He as very thorough and even left addition ant treatments with me for later use.

It was ok. They were timely. I expected we would get more feedback after he sprayed. We still had the pest and we took care of them ourselves.

He was professional and personable. Responded to my questions and concerns. Discussed a potential termite problem without high pressure sales (A+)

Since it was a rainy day, Brian could only treat the inside of the house. However, he came back the next Monday and completed trating the outside just as he said he would. We are pleased.

When I called I requested the absolute first available date and the provider was very accommodating. They couldn't spray the original date we discussed because of the rain but they called me immediately that morning and informed me. We were able to reschedule for the next day. They were prompt and professional. So far so good on the limited number of mosquitos. We would love for all of our neighbors to spray to help from seeing any bugs :)

It was okay. They got the job done in about 30 minutes. The scheduling was easy.

Bryan showed up on time and was very courteous and professional. He understood that I had two collie puppies and did not want the spray indoors so he spent extra time spraying everything outside and knocked down all the wasps nests. He also sprayed the basement and garage. It has been almost a week and I've noticed a significant reduction in insects. He suggested coming back in the late summer or fall if I noticed more insects but did not pressure me to do additional services and did not try to sell me a contract. I thought he was great and will definitely call them again whenever I need service. I highly recommend this company.

He is always on time when he is doing inside treatments. He always comes when he says he will. We have no problems with insects. Several years ago, he treated us for termites and was much cheaper than other bids and we have had no other problems. We highly recommend this service provider.

This is a family run business and has more of the personal touch than a lot of the big chains. They are very knowledgeable and very willing to explain what they do and why they are doing it. From the first phone call to them through the end of the service call, they were professional, knowledgeable and very friendly. They also seem to like what they do (which is eliminating pests) unlike a lot of other companies that send a technician that doesn't seem to care and wishes they were anywhere else at that moment. They were more thorough and went into more areas of my home than any other company I have hired to do this before. In addition, they were more reasonably priced than many other companies I contacted. A lot of other companies wanted to charge me a large initial fee upfront for the first service in ADDITION to the service call fee. This company only charged me the service call fee, nothing more. I have now used them 3 times for service, in June, September and just a couple of days ago. I used to have a terrible spider problem but not anymore. I believe you get a lot of bang for your buck, so to speak, with this company.

They have done really well for me with my mice problems. They come on time, they are very efficient, and they get things done.
