We had trouble connecting. Only when I declined the bill because they had never come did I get a call. They sprayued for spiders. Afterwards there weree fewer spiders.

It was fine. It seemed to work pretty well. They did a good job of calling before-hand and letting me know when they were coming and everything. I didn't have any problems with that. He did a good job. He called before-hand to let know he was coming, of course we had to keep the dogs inside. I don't know if there was any dislikes or whatsoever. I don't think I was ever actually there when he did the treatment. From what I remember, professionalism was okay.

The service was great. Entire house was sprayed, and the attic was bombed. He came back to bomb the attic again at a later date to finish the job. We had problems with silverfish and spiders. After the service, we see basically no more silverfish, and the number of spiders was greatly reduced.

I think it helped! We have terrible masquitos and we were able to sit outside without being eaten alive.

They did pest control. They were very nice people.

Brian called the evening before with a reminder that he was coming out which I thought was very professional. He provided a one hour window and arrived right on time which is really appreciated as I had to take a day off work to get several things done today. I also had a strange situation where I had what looked like insect eggs that were showing up all over the place like in my laundry room and under pillows. He said they looked like seeds that mice were bringing in for the winter. I remembered I had a bag of bird seed in the basement and sure enough it was the same seed. He examined the house for areas they may be getting in and placed mouse packs. I would highly recommend deal or no deal on Angie's List.

I purchased an Angie's List deal for a one time pest control service after a friend recommended Scout Pest Elimination. They arrived on time and were very personable and friendly. They also provided me with a termite inspection and options for treatment. The price was reasonable compared to other quotes I've received. He even have me tips to handle a mole problem we've been dealing with. I was very pleased and would definitely continue using their services for my pest elimination needs in the future.

Bryan was very professional, responsive and on time for the appointment. We chose this company because their chemicals are pet and people friendly. The first treatment was for spiders and he provided a 30 day guarantee. The outdoor treatment worked well, however some spiders returned indoors so he scheduled a second treatment free of charge. We would definitely use this company again.

Overall good service but we still had insects esp mosquitos and spiders outside the house. Did stop the ants that were starting to be an issue

I had no brown recluse spiders thank goodness. Just a couple of wolf spiders.

There have no troubles with scheduling. They have completed two of the three treatments so far. It has been effective and resolved the problem. It has been good so far.

Bryon did an excellent job. His first application was in July. He came back on Sep 5 at no extra charge. We liked his work so much that we have signed up for 3 treatments a year at $65 each. He treated all 3 levels of our house inside for ants, spiders, and silverfish. He thoroughly sprayed the outside of our house , the perimeter, and shrubs, mostly for spiders and wasps.
