Description of Work: I've used this provider before and it went well. I wanted to get rid of the bugs before they all crawled into the house for winter.

Description of Work: We had an infestation of big black bugs, and got the service through a promotion on Angie's List. Service was prompt, friendly and professional, and the bugs went away. Only problem is that we've seen different kinds of bugs arriving since the treatment (the usual fall assortment, a couple of crickets in the basement, etc.). Now, I'm not complaining about the service, because we've not used an exterminator before and really don't know what our expectation should be, but, I would have thought the treatment would last a little longer than a month. But to be fair, we've not contacted the service about the issue and I would not hesitate to do so if the problem had been significant.

Description of Work: Our backyard is always infested with mosquitoes so we decided to try this service this year. After the first treatment, we could actually sit outside on our deck without being bombarded by mosquitoes. Scout did a great job, and were very punctual and professional.

Description of Work: Prompt and thorough service. Very friendly. We had an ant problem and they immediately put down bait and then arranged to come back to spray on a later date. That fixed the ant problem and the yard spraying has kept the chiggers away this year as well. Highly recommended.

Description of Work: Scout did an excellent job. They treated our house for ants. Will definitely use them again. My husband made the mistake of signing up with someone who came to our door last year and got roped into some dumb contract. I tried to get us out of it last year and couldn't.
