Description of Work: They replaced both springs associated with the garage door opener. I was prepared to purchase a new garage door opener, but the serviceperson told me that even though the opener was old, it was still in good shape, and so I didn't make that purchase. He also oiled the garage door joints. Now the garage door sounds like it's brand new when it opens.

Description of Work: They replaced the garage door opener and added a key pad. They came out the day I called (Thursday) to check out the problem and returned on Monday to install the new equipment. They were very prompt, polite, and efficient and were here less than an hour.

Description of Work: I had a stuck door; they said it was a worn out motor. They oiled everything up and recommended two new motors (one for each door. $825. We called another company who came out promptly, told us the motor was fine and all we needed was a new wheel and assembly. they installed it and the doors operate very nicely.
