Description of Work: They reattached part of the rails to the garage door that had come loose from the ceiling. They also checked out the opener and made sure everything was in great shape. They were really great.

Description of Work: This was the second time that Overhead Door came out to open the garage door. On 12/30 they were out to repair a ruptured frame, and at that time I ordered a new $4,200 replacement door and submitted a 20% deposit as well. Did not hear back for them, and approximately 2 weeks later a large spring ruptured (the door is 80 years old and has provided very good service). When the technician arrived it was obvious that the new door had not been ordered as the deposit check had not cleared my account. He directed me to contact the supervisor, which I did, and it was evident that for some reason the order had not been transmitted. The supervisor was obviously perplexed, and assured me that the door had been ordered but was delayed. I am suspicious of that because the check cleared my account within 24 hours. I had to have them out again to open the door, so that I could put my car into the garage as I was leaving the country for 2 weeks to participate in a medical mission trip in a third world country. We have not had a functional garage for almost 6 weeks, and it has been rather inconvenient. When we returned, we had a message that the door was delayed another week. At least now they are being responsive This has been a huge inconvenience, as our pet sitting service could not access the garage for egress and ingress while we were out of the country. | |I will say, that up until this time, Overhead Door has always been very professional. Hopefully this situation will soon resolve itself. |

Description of Work: Annual maintenance on two garage doors. It went timely and smoothly.

Description of Work: Two garage doors were installed along with a new garage door opener. Installer arrived on time, installed the new door, carried away the old door, cleaned up all debris. He also made sure I understood the operation of the door. The installer also notice that one of the new door panels had been damaged at the factory and he order a replacement. Two weeks later another installer came and replaced the damaged panel. We are completely happy with this experience.
