It was great. I called on a Sunday about 11 am. The service man was here by 3 and had my garage door working again in less than an hour. He was knowledgeable explained a couple of options, I decided to replace both springs and he went right to work getting the job done.

It was outstanding and we will use them again. They were prompt, courteous, and professional. I look forward to using them again. Brad did an outstanding job; he was very competent.

Called company on a Sunday morning because a cable on my garage door broke. Technician arrived a few hours later, as scheduled. Technician Brad B. did a great job. I don't think I've ever seen a technician of any kind work as quickly and knowledgeably as he did. He replaced both cables and a broken hinge, tightened/adjusted all fasteners on the door and lubricated everything and was done in about 20 minutes. I was very happy with the result.

Great job. Very professional. Called yesterday and they came out today (Saturday). Price was a little high but quality of work was good.

They showed up on time and with notice. We were afraid that we needed new doors due to age and expressed as such. The tech advised us that we DID NOT need new doors and that simple maintenance and repair was all it took. Basically.. $170 instead of $1800. Fair and honest.

NOT VERY GOOD! Due to Overhead Door mistake, I was forced to waste an entire day for nothing. In response to their web site customer satisfaction survey, a rep followed up and basically said if their salesperson fails to place the order into their system, then the install department CAN NOT BE FAULTED. The work was done on Saturday 3-16-13.However the new weather strip was installed with hole in it .The company was contacted to return on Saturday 3-23-13 to correct the faulty weather strip .The installer Scott was very friendly, polite and experienced. So it took three days of my time for a one day job. Errors and mistakes do happen but you think a company would be a little less cavalier about them. .

Had a bad garage door for years but it finally completely died on Thurs, right before we were supposed to get snowmaggedon 3. Called first thing Fri morn and Shawn was here by 11am! I couldn't have asked for better response time. He and my husband both examined it and came to the conclusion that it had to be replaced. When I had called earlier to make the appt, the woman on the phone said that they usually schedule those a couple of days out so they can make sure the technician has the necessary supplies in his truck. Not to mention his schedule. But after close examination, we decided to spend the money and get it done right, once and for all. Turns out he had the time and the supplies on his truck so he got right to work. He was very professional and we couldn't be happier with the opener. Much quieter than the old one and I don't have to cross my fingers every time I hit the button to put it up or down. Now it doesn't worry me in the slightest. Peace of mind is worth a lot!

Told Overhead I had trouble with my key pad. They arrived to tell me it might just be a battery issue. Then they replaced it with my approval, a task of maybe 5 minutes, and charged me about $150. Now realize I was seriously overcharged.

The technician arrived during the scheduled time frame and called to let me know when he was on his way. He was courteous, well-informed and competent. He took time to explain the benefits of replacing one vs. both springs. The garage door opener is so much quieter now. Overhead Door honored a competitor's coupon for a discount.

Worker removed & disposed of old garage door opener & replaced it with new opener & keyless entry. Also received remote entry. He explained everything along the way. He also did minor repairs on other garage door opener. He cleaned up.

I called the company to see if they installed or repaired door jambs or replaced front doors and they said that they did that type of service. I needed my front door jamb fixed since it had just been damaged from a robbery a day earlier. The two guys that came out were very nice and were professional. They did show me that I needed more than the jamb repaired. I would need a new front door since it was actually split on the side where it was kicked in. I asked if the company supplied front doors and they said it did and he took measurements. One of the two called someone named "Nick" and told him what was needed. The other guy actually took a picture of the door to send to Nick. From my end, it sounded like Nick wasn't sure that they could do that work. When the guy was done talking with him, he told me that Nick would call me the next day to give me an estimate. Nick never called me and the company has never called me to follow up either. As we were going out through the garage, they stopped and then said I would need my garage door opener replaced since it was "wearing out". They gave me an estimate on that work on the spot. They also put a sticker on the inside of my garage door with the company logo and numbers to call. I did not ask for that. I thought that was pretty bold on their part to put advertising and contact info on my house. I had the info on their estimate sheet if I needed it. For just nailing up a board across the inside of my front door they charged me over $100. Plus they used my own board. I will never call them and I have since taken down the sticker.

They called before they were coming to the house so and told us they would so even though there was a 4 hr period that they were coming in we weren't stuck waiting around the house all day which we appreciated. They did a tune up and adjusted our garage door. The guy was very nice and professional. We were pleased with the experience.

I had Overhead Door install two new doors and one new opener a little over two years ago. Recently, I noted that one of the doors was not closing straight and was leaving a slight gap at the bottom on one side. I decided it was time for a "tune up" and called them up. They promptly scheduled me within a couple of days and gave me a window within which to expect them. They called halfway through that window to let me know that their worker was working his last ticket and that he would call me when he was on his way, which he did. When he arrived, I described my problem and what I wanted. He thoroughly checked everything and found the problem. With the tune up, my problem was solved and he went out of his way to explain what he did and why. He was courteous and friendly and I would not hesitate to utilized them again.

I called and requested the Destiny 1200 Overhead Door brand / model. They said they would come out Wednesday 12-26. The installer called at 9:10 am and said he would arrive in 20 minutes. He did not show up until 10:30 am. When he finally arrived, he told me he had forgotten his tools, had to stop at an ATM, and go to a store an buy new ones. He then said the install would take 30 minutes. It took 1 hour 15 minutes. After i paid the bill, he showed me how to operate the remote. This is when he asked for light bulbs. They do not provide them. Then I asked about a second remote. Not included. Then I noticed by old keypad was still on the wall outside. He said they do not include a keypad either. At this point I was upset. I have installed 5 garage openers at my house, and a keypad has always been included. I called the office and was told they sell different packages. Some include extra remote and keypad, some don't. I explained that when I called no offers were made to me of any package deals, this was the first I heard of it. The guy on the phone said I could drive all the way out to one of there showrooms and buy a keypad and extra remote and install it myself. That was the point he was cussed out and hung up on. $450 for a garage door opener, no light bulbs, no extra remote, no keypad and almost 3 hours wasted. NEVER AGAIN WILL I CALL THIS COMPANY! RIP OFF!

The company sent the techninian with out the correct equipment. Also, I thought it was kind of strange the company did not provide light bulbs for the opener or an extension cord to connect it to a power supply. I also thought it strange the technician connected the switch for the opener to drywall, but did not have the plugs needed to keep it the switch stable on the drywall. If I wanted my switch not to be loose, I would have to purchase the plugs seperately and install them myself.

I called them the morning the door broke and they were there later that day. The technician that came to our house made quickly diagnosed the problem and gave me several options for repairs. Our door was 12 years old, so I ended up having them do a complete over hall to ensure everything was taken care of for a while.

The gentleman that came out to the house was very professional and nice. They were not the lowest price bid that we received however we decided to use them based on reputation and confidence built when the rep came out to quote the doors.

Called and scheduled an appointment on a Saturday morning. Technician showed up on time and got right to work. He had the door repaired within the hour. I had also asked the technician to figure out why our eletronic keypad door opener was not working. He checked it out and determined there was a toggle button that was broken off and in order to repair it so the keypad would work, we would need to replace a $200 circuit board. He advised just waiting until the garage door opener goes out and when we replace it for around $350 it should then fix the keypad problem.

When my husband got home he did some tightening of screws and sprayed WD40 on the track which helped the door. He still had the guy do some maintenance on it and give us a quote for new doors which I thought was high but to be fair I have not gotten any other quotes yet. The guy who came was nice enough. I would probably rate them B-C just because they did not call. the auto replay I got for the online scheduler made it sound like they had time slots available for the time requested so I thought all was well when it was not. I would recommend calling to schedule and I will do the same next time if we decide to use them again. I had heard good things about the company so was a little disappointed with the service. I may be judging them too harshly but at this time these are my feelings. Can't really say yet if we will give them another try or not.

They made an excellent effort to come out late Friday to fix my door. They were very professional and had a very fair price.

My garage door opener came off the track as I was leaving to go to the airport on a Saturday morning. I was able to get the door down but was able to get the chain back on track. I called Overhead Door on Monday morning and by Monday afternoon a technician had been to my house to check out the problem and give me an estimate for both replacement and repair. Since the unit was old, I decided to have it replaced. The gentleman giving me the estimate was courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. He ordered my new opener and first thing Wednesday morning another technician came to replace the old unit. He also was courteous and professional. They made this whole process very simple for me and I would definitely use them again.
