It was pricey. I actually liked them because I used them several times to come out and service the garage doors to make sure the screw's right & everything was working. I like them a lot. They are punctual and they know what they are doing. They usually send somebody that actually speaks. They are good. If they see something else then they suggest it. There is nothing more to do if the garage door isn't working. They have 24 hours emergency thing, so they will come in when I need them. If they tell me that they are going to be here, they will be here. They are really good with their professionalism.

Arrived quickly and performed all the work required in an efficient and quality way.

Came at the beginning of the allotted time frame, which was important because I had told them I had to leave for work a half hour after the end of the allotted time frame. Two guys came and were very professional. Worked quickly and left. We have had Overhead Door for several years now, providing routine annual maintenance. Had replaced springs, etc., on other occasions as needed. This time all was in order. Just lubed, tightened, etc.

They did a good job. It took about an hour and they sent 1 tech.

They were great. They were punctual, and they got it fixed in no time, they were great. They were very professional, did the job quickly and efficiently. The pricing was good.

After I placed a service request with them late last night through their website I received a confirmation email of my request. This morning I received a call within the window of my scheduled appointment time advising me the technician, Jim, was on his way and was 10 minutes away. Jim arrived 10 minutes later and we discussed the issue. He advised me of what needed to be done and recommended an option that would not only be less expensive, but also a better option for the future. We went with Jim's recommendation and he said it would take about an hour. After a little less than an hour Jim advised me he had not only completed the work, he had also lubricated the mechanics on my other garage door, installed cables inside the springs on the door as a safety measure in case one were to snap off at some point and also noticed a hinge on the garage door was a little questionable, so he installed a different one he had in his truck. All of this extra work he did at no additional charge. Jim left the work area clean of all debris from the job and exactly as he found it. Jim was very friendly and personable and I will definitely have Overhead Door back again.

They did good work. They were response, and I think they had the service element down pretty well. They showed good patience, responsiveness and, particularly, adaptability.

Everything went very well. The technician arrived right on time, actually a few minutes earlier than the window I was told it would be within originally. They quickly saw what the problem was with my garage door (it was a broken spring) and suggested replacing both springs at the same time so they would be the same age - springs only have so many cycles in them and they wear down, so replacing one is not really a good idea unless the other one is almost new. He told me as well that if I did all four springs (note: all four of my springs were 12 years old, as far as I could tell from my notes) instead of just the two that were recommended that the delta cost of the last two were considerably less than making two trips to replace two, when one of the others might fail. The installed springs are fairly expensive, but it is a bit labor-intensive to replace them and not something just anyone can do well. It is also not something that is done often, so the cost is not unreasonable. Also, doing them all at once and using their Angie's List discount helped considerably. Once I approved the repairs, the technician started the work and promptly finished, explained everything he did in detail and left a detailed receipt. They are a very professional company to do business with.

Very punctual and polite. Worked efficiently and completed work in a timely manner. The original service provider for our garage doors is no longer in operation and We will now use Overhead Door Co.

The Service Technician arrived on time and was very efficient in completing the job and checking both doors to assure they were fully functional as designed. The technician finished the general maintenance portion of the doors and then installed new rubber door seals which only took a few minutes for completion on each door. The most costly portion of the technicians visit was in replacing the door seals which I hadn't realized was going to be as expensive as they were and had I known [probably would have replaced them myself as the job is very easy and I found the price of material locally was less by some measure. Overall we are happy with Overhead Door and have exclusively used their product and service for the entire 36 years we've owned the home.

They did a good job. I got them off of Angie's List. I spent about $1000 per door for 3 doors.

Workers arrived on time and performed the work fairly well. They did scratch up my walls a bit, but nothing major... I imagine they aren't used to working in a finished/painted/epoxied garage, so extra care is needed. They removed the current standard tracks from my garage doors and installed a hi-lift track on both doors. Then installed 2 jackshaft type garage door openers on both doors. Both openers have been operating properly since the install and I have no complaints. They could provide a little more service in the way of installed/setup/service/support of the MyQ products, but beyond that, no issues.

The service was great!! The same person, Chris F., installed the keypad (and the garage door opener about a year ago). Chris is very friendly, does great work, is quick, and he makes sure all your questions are answered before he leaves. The products are great and work well. They are a bit expensive but worth the piece of mind that you have a product that works and employees that do their job well. Both times I arranged appts. I was able to have the work done in a day or two. Really good service.

Tech was on time and friendly. Fixed the issue quickly. He also fixed another issue I was having with my other garage door. I will definitely give Overhead door company my future business

The company worked with us to schedule a convenient time. The technician called before he came and came within the scheduled time frame. The technician was very friendly and knowledgable. The garage door would not open. He inspected the garage door and found a broken spring and said the rollers were wearing out. He said the second spring and the rollers could wait but that springs are usually replaced in pairs so if only one was replaced, the other would soon need it and there would be another trip charge. Similarly, the rollers were old and noisy and they could have lasted a bit longer, but replacing them at the same time would save another trip charge. He finished within an hour and left everything clean and in working order.

It all went very, very well.

it did not go well. i had a weather strip i had just purchased and he said it would cost more to install it than to sell me an add on (they charged by the hour). he installed the add on weather strip and it did not allow the door to shut, so he shaved off part of the wood on the frame!!! why would they sell us something that did not fit the door? they are supposed to be the experts yet they really damaged our garage door frame, now the cold air and mice come it! you can see daylight on the sides of the door! we are very unhappy with the service and Overhead Door!!!!!

They had a very good reputation and were very professional. They were more expensive then your average company's however better quality. They hold everything to high standards. Everything went very well and we were very pleased.

He not only got it open right away, he got it lined up and working like new. Very professional and answered all my questions. I would definitely use this company again for small repairs or if I ever do need a new garage door.

It all went well. They came back next day and installed new door opener, keypad and also installed the safety cables so that if my springs broke, they would not be free to fly out. The only thing I didn't like was the fact I had to pay the service call even though they were going to do the work. I don't recall when they replaced door opener or the cost without looking through records.

The garage door would not close as the piece that connected the door to the wall had detached. I called in the morning and was given an evening appointment. I was the last appointment so it was dark and very cold when the repairman arrived. He was friendly and professional and was able to fix the door quickly. He also fixed our other garage door while he was here. The price was much less than I expected.

On-time, professional and below estimate.

The technician who came out was polite and worked hard. It was a very cold day and he did everything possible to minimize the doors being open for a long period of time. The doors are high quality and have helped with the cold in the garage and house. The openers are so quiet that I no longer hear them opening in the living room!

I called Overhead Door today for an estimate, decided to schedule the work, and they made it out today to replace my garage door opener. The office staff who took my order were prepared to answer my questions and were friendly and accommodating. The man who did the work explained what work he was performing and the openers' features. I have another garage door opener that did not need to be replaced, but he lubed it without being asked and straightened and stapled some wires across the garage ceiling to make everything neat. He also cleaned up after himself. I will definitely be using them again when the need arises.

The service was fine. I have no issue's with them.
