Description of Work: Bought deal for 30 windows total. Did my outside first when I was not at home (18 windows) then left a message saying to complete the job it would cost an additional $76 to do the interior, we had agreed to an additional $26 for the full window count. He said the increase was due to some paint on the windows, which I did not give approval on. It was about a month before he came out after the purchase was made on Angie's List.

Description of Work: We purchased their special deal to have our first-floor windows cleaned. Upon inspection, they noticed we had storm windows mounted that would complicate the cleaning. | |High-Definition Windows fairly discussed with us different options. Ultimately we had the exterior of our windows cleaned and additional windows were cleaned since we could not get past the storm windows easily. | |This was a great arrangement for us, very flexible on the part of High-Definition Windows, so we still received cleaned windows at a fair price.

Description of Work: I bought a deal. Then they charged me extra for the extra windows (which I was was fine with). I needed to leave and left my daughter with a check. They were unable to clean three tall windows because they couldn't reach them but they did not refund the money for the extra windows. I used another company last year and will return to them.

Description of Work: We have a huge Victorian home and it's definitely a tough job. I couldn't believe how much attention they payed to detail and making sure I as happy. They even checked back in and followed up. I was so impressed that I hired them as well for housekeeping and so far they are always on time and meticulous!
