They were fine. Their prices are a little high. The service was part of the warranty because we purchased our car from there. The workers were good. Only dealers usually want to sell to you more than you need. We would use their services again.

I arrived at your dealership and a salesperson meets me at the door. I tell him why I am there. We check in and he takes me to his desk. We talk about what I was looking for and my personal concerns that I have with my Toyota Corolla. I was interested in a used preowned Certified Toyota. We drove 2 Camrys. Wonderful cars at a good price. As my luck would turn out that I have negative equity in my car. It happens so getting a used car financed is a lost cause. I was totally fine with that. The car salesman that I was working with took me back out in the rain to look at New Camrys. We were barely out on the lot when this guy named Thao comes up to him and says that he has ?an important returning customer and that he would take care of things for him?. The salesman thanked him and walked back into the dealership. SO, WHAT AM I? I am a customer and I am just as important as any other customer that comes into your business. It was obviously I was not that important. The new gentleman, Thao, which is kind to say, didn?t waste any time letting me know that he bets that I have never purchased a car from the finance guy. Most salesman that I have ever dealt with let me drive the car wherever I wanted to. No, not this guy. It was turn here and turns there and go there. I didn?t get a choice. Very pushy. Upon returning to the dealership, we went in and this gentleman was going to work on the details and pull some favors and get this done. I noticed however, that the previous salesman was working with a couple. This car salesman didn?t even make eye contact with me again which makes me to firmly believe that this was not a returning customer. The finance guy returns with an offer. I was not even made aware of what the dealership was going to give me for my car until that point. I looked at the offer and agonized over it. Thoa kept pressuring me into signing the deal saying things like ?My girlfriend is on the phone and I told her that I was going to be late because I am working on a deal with a guy and she just texted me to tell me she hopes he say yes.? I went over my budget in my head and I couldn?t wrap my mind around this offer. I kept saying that I can?t afford that monthly payment only to turn the pressure up even more. I went ahead and agreed to the deal. Thao took off with the deal. I was left sitting there collecting my thoughts. The more I thought about it and how things were going up to this point I had to back out of the deal. Thao returned with paperwork and my keys. Thao had entered my car without my permission taking my registration out of my car. I stood there and told him that the whole deal was off. Thao proceeded to take my car key off my key ring and he handed me the rest of my keys. Thao then told me to hang on. Thao took my car key and walked off letting me stand there with the rest of my keys. Thao did not tell me what he was doing or what he was doing for that matter. I stood there and waited and waited and finally someone came over with him to talk to me about the deal. I explained why again. Then they both walked off to talk to someone else and I waited and waited. I wanted to leave but I couldn?t because they had my car keys. Then the manager comes out with Thao and one other gentleman and asked me what the point of my visit was there today. I looked at him and told him that you guys called me to come in to see about making a deal and here we are. He asked again the same questions that everyone asked me and why. After a brief conversation they finally gave me my keys and I could finally leave. I felt humiliated! For all this to take place in front of everyone that was there at the dealership made seem like I had stolen something. No means no. I understand that you?re in the business of selling cars and I understand the limitations that you?re under. I was ok with the deal but I could not take it. I was made to feel guilty for even coming in and wasting everyone?s time. Today, after what happened yesterday I still think about that deal. It was a good deal but I could not take it. I put in two complaints only to get responses from Thao. I did not want to talk to Thao. I received a phone call from Thao and Thao left a message on my voice mail. Thao stated that ?If I wanted an apology, then he apologized.? Wow, that sounded so sincere. Thao also stated that ?You need to get over it and didn?t know what else that he could do.? I was so applaud! I work in costumer services and I would never treat anyone like Thao treated me. I am disappointed because I have always had excellent service from Hendricks. I gave Hendricks high praise to all my friends and family. Thao is not an asset to your company. I would like a response from someone other than Thao to address this issue with. I believe in second chances and will be back but cautiously! Thank you for your attention in this matter.

Recently we took our 2012 Camry into the Hendrick Toyota Service Department for a factory computer software upgrade. The car had previuosly been at the Hendrick collision facility about a mile away for two weeks for some body work. We picked up the car at the body shop and dropped it off at the service department late afternoon and had planned to pick it up the next day. The next day about midmorning the service department called and advised us that our tires needed to be replaced because they had "dry rot". Dry rot for a 3 year old tires? It seemed like an odd phone call, but we declined to buy any new tires.When we went to pick up the car there was a large piece of steel lodged in the right rear tire. The low air dash light was on. The leak was bad enough that air could be heard hissing from the leak. Of course no one in the service department had any knowledge of the leak.Bottom line: The dry rot story was total BS and a feeble attempt to hide the leak. Hendrick wouldn't assume responsibility for the damaged tire. It obvious the steel that was in the tire came fro their shop or parking lot. It looked like a clip that might be used in industrial type boxes that car parts would come in.

This is the only place I go for car service. I bought the car there. They are efficient and they are always on time. They also let me bring my dog in the waiting room and it is huge. They also offer coffee, soft drinks, donuts etc.

I called on Saturday to schedule an appointment with the service receptionist. She couldn't answer my questions so she forwarded me to someone who could look up past work on my 2007 Sienna. He told me he was super busy but would call me back in a few minutes. After about 45 minutes, I called back & again he said he was still busy and he would call me back. I gave up & scheduled my appointment online...he never did return my call. I had an 8:40am appointment today. Since I reserved a courtesy car for $8.50, when they asked if 1pm was fine I said ok. At about 12:45pm, I got a call that they were just starting on my van. (So they had my van for over 4 hours and had not even started the 45 minutes worth of work 15 minutes before the "promise time.") There is at least 1 thing in the inspection report that I know is wrong, so now we are going to have to take the time to check the brakes etc. ourselves. I do not trust that they are the same measurement front & back, or that all my 4 tires have the same mm reading for tread. They did comp some work for being late which I appreciate, but am worried that they rushed the inspection job. I will be looking elsewhere next time.

When my daughter was going to California, he checked the car out for free. They are very professional. They found somethings wrong with the car and called me, asked permission to fix them. They are polite and thorough. It is brand new and they have food out. They will offer to take me to a restaurant. It is well maintained and they have a comfortable lounge area. There was not a long wait time. They worked with me on the time. They did a car wash. We definitely will use them again.

WORST car buying experience I've ever had. We found a car we were interested in and asked to see a Carfax. Seeing that it had multiple owners we asked if we could talk to the previous owner to see if there was a reason it kept changing hands. The sales guy actually found the owners name and went and called her, told us what she said. We asked if we could talk to her too. He gave us the name and phone number. That night we called her to get the history on the car and, in the course of that discussion, asked her what she got for her trade so we could know if we were making a fair offer to the dealer. The next day (Sunday) we SPECIFICALLY went in to ask them if the price we were thinking based on Edmunds True Market Value was in the ballpark for purchase before we had it looked at by an independent mechanic. The sales guys' response (who shall remain nameless only because he has a small child and I don't want to embarrass his family) went to go consult with the "tower" and came back to give us the old" if we sold it to you at that price, would you buy it today?" My husband needed to leave town right away so we said we couldn't do anything that day but we were interested. We told him that since we now knew were were in the ballpark we'd spend our money to have it inspected, which, I might add, they supposedly encourage. I took it to the mechanic the next day who found a couple of things with it that would cost us about $900 to fix including the replacement of the original fuel filter. (Really, during Hendrick's "thorough" inspection, they didn't find that?) We went to the Hendrick dealer that night to tell them what we had found, and to be fair and reasonable, we offered a few hundred less than what we offered the day before. To my utter shock and disbelief, they came back with a price that was not only NOT less, it was MORE than the day before. I thought for sure he was misspeaking but he was dead serious. When I said to the salesperson, "That's more than yesterday." his snide and sarcastic response was "Well, did you buy the car yesterday?". At this point, I'm getting mad but trying to be reasonable. I told him obviously I would not have spent the money to have it inspected if I thought we were not going to be able to do a deal similar to the one we had . But then it got worse. The henchman who was in the tower that day, came out and pulled out some sheet about how much money they had in the car which supposedly included the trade value, and any repairs. What was also clear was there was also a HUGE amount of fabricated overhead (about $1900 for it sitting on the lot for 3 weeks on this "value" car). When we told him we knew exactly how much they had given for the trade, his exact words were "So you went behind our backs and talked to the owner?!" I was LIVID at this point. I told the henchman that I had done no such thing and that the Hendrick people had given us the name and number and that personally i was quite offended that he would accuse us of doing something underhanded that was completely legitimate and prudent as a buyer. I was SHAKING I was so angry with him. He also seemed irritated that we had the car inspected even though supposedly they "encourage" you to have the car looked at. I will say that because he knew how wrong his "behind our backs" comment was and how angry I was, he actually apologized for the comment. I sat and glared at him for a while at which point he dropped to the price to what it was the day before. I still glared at him so after a minute he dropped the price by a few hundred dollars more. Believe me , we would have walked if we thought we could get this car with the milage on it somewhere else. But even though they thoroughly disgusted me, after some discussion, we purchased the car. I will say that the Hendrick "PR" person called me the day we purchased the car but before paperwork was done. I'm sure they were calling because they knew they had blown it but I really didn't want to talk to this person before the deal was final. I told them to call back. They did but we never connected again. I have purchased about 8 new and used vehicles over my lifetime at everything from premium dealerships to one of those tiny and questionable dealers in the city, and I have NEVER been treated so poorly. I will do everything in my power to not do ANY kind of business with this group again.

The work done seems to be fine, and I've had no problems since the repair. Not much time elapsed before a diagnosis arrived. The waiting area was quite clean and smoke-free. When I was told the repair would take several hours, they gave me a loaner car for the day, which was great because I live over an hour from the dealership. They gave my car a courtesy wash, which was certainly appreciated. The only concern that was rather off-putting was how I was treated as a female. The attitude was paternalistic, with generous use of terms of endearment, which have no place in business. I was told numerous times how much money they were saving me (which was repeated so often that I'm not sure whom they were trying to convince -- me or them). Treating customers like intelligent people would have gone much further in gaining my confidence.

I've used Superior's service several times, and this was typical. Because I work nights, they schedule me for a midmorning drop-off. I catch a ride home in the courtesy car. They're very good about keeping me informed and called right away when they noticed the brakes needed to be serviced. The courtesy car picked me up mid-afternoon and I made it to work on time. One interesting note: There is a regional Toyota parts house in Kansas City. Vehicles that need parts that are not in stock are ordinarily kept overnight and the parts are delivered the next morning. The Superior parts department happened to be out of brake pads for my truck, and they made a special run to the regional facility. I appreciated that.
Description of Work: The check-engine light on my 2002 Tundra was on. The oxygen sensor was bad and had to be replaced. While the truck was in the shop, the mechanic noticed that I needed brake pads, so a complete front brake service was done, including resurfacing the rotors.
