The woman who coordinated the move was relatively quick to respond and was accurate in her estimate of the cost of the move. The men who did the work were pleasant and at least one of them was experienced. They packed and moved quickly. They were knowledgeable about moving a side-by-side refrigerator and a dryer. Nothing was broken. However, we were told to expect them at 8:00 am and they did not arrive until 9:30 am. I called at 8:20 and the dispatcher said they were told 9:00. Not everything was to be moved from the house, so sorting out what was to stay and what was to go was a little different, but I had tagged all the "to go" items with blue post its, which made things a little easier. Moving things into the new place went quickly. Unfortunately, one item was not removed from the truck and the movers had to deliver it a couple of days later. The price was within the estimate. I have coordinated several moves for myself as well as others in my family and this one went OK.
