Here are our biggest complaints with the provider: 1. Installed the wrong salt generator which caused hundreds of dollars of added expense (to us) and countless trips to the local pool store. 2. Was unprofessional, untrustworthy, ignored calls and texts (for weeks). Note: the level of customer service declined dramatically after most of the project had been paid for (but was still incomplete). 3. Improperly installed the liner which has caused it to have many many, large, noticeable wrinkles and stretched out areas which show deformities in the liner pattern. 4. Completed the project months after promised. 5. Promised us several times that he would spend several hours instructing us on how to properly run and operate the pool and failed to follow through. Bottom Line IF you decide to use this contractor: 1. Get EVERYTHING in writing (including a completion date)! 2. Hold out at least 30% of your payment until the entire project has been completed, you've received all your products, AND, everything is working properly.
Description of Work: The provider built an in-ground vinyl lined pool in our backyard. After a large portion of the work had been completed and several large payments were made, the owner did not return numerous phone calls, texts, requesting that the remaining issues be addressed so we could open our pool and swim. We continued to contact the provider for many weeks and he made many promises and failed to keep them. It wasn't until weeks AFTER we filed complaints with the Better Business Bureau, and Direct Buy, that the contractor decided to finish the work and address faulty workmanship/product issues.
