They are our plumber people.  We have a contract with them.  They check our plumbing and heating and air conditioner twice a year.  They give us a 10% discount for anything we may need.  They are really responsive.

While conducting market research of water softeners all roads kept coming back to Kinetico. In addition, JFK Denny was a local company and we try to support local businesses. During my research Kyle Whepley came out to our house. He tested our water, water pressure, and did a very nice job explaining the water softener options that would meet our needs. After collecting three bids from separate contractors we decided to go with the Kinectico. We scheduled the install and the next day Jared came out to install our new unit. Jared was punctual, professional, and had the new unit installed within 1.5 hours. He removed and disposed the old GE unit and cleaned up after himself. After he left we could immediately tell the difference. Our water tasted better, the dishwasher cleaned the silverware better, and after taking a shower your skin felt cleaner and softer.

They show up when they say and do high quality work.  I didn't have to wait long for a service call.  Sometimes I have to wait for new filters to be delivered when they happen to be in the area...but the benefit of this is that they don't charge me a delivery fee.  
I was pleased that I could collaborate a bit with the technician to get new  plumbing lines where I wanted them instead of just jammed in anywhere.  He was professional.  
The Kinetico RO system we have and the de-chlorination and water softening systems that go with it are a purchase we have never regretted despite the cost.  Our water is so good and we are assured of the safest water possible for us and for our appliances and fixtures.  It is also the most water efficient of all the RO systems on the market by a lot.  They are generally water hogs and this unit is reasonable.  When we unhooked the softener system in our old house for a couple of months while showing the house, it was amazing to us how quickly the water scum came back on all our fixtures despite KCMOs very soft water.  Our skin could definitely feel the difference as well.  We were so used to the drinking water that we could not stand to drink tap and purchased water.  We are so happy to have this system and only wish it was not so expensive five years ago and then again  to relocate.  We believe we got high quality for the money.  
We are stuck with JF Denney to help us service the system, but have never felt a reason to complain.  They keep the filter costs reasonable and we only need to replace three of them once a year.  We haven't had to replace our RO membrane yet in at least five years

Annual service call was completed timely and the technicians we friendly and courteous.  I wasn't aware that with a maintenance contract that there are yearly service calls that provide you with free filters and salt.  I did not ask about the additional services and filters but they made me aware of these additions which could have easily been forgotten or omitted to save money.  My ac/furnace and water softener thank you.

The service call went smoothly.  Kyle and Cody were very professional, and they got the job done efficiently.  We're very happy with the improved performance of our system.

The installer arrived right on time and made quick work of the removal and install. Really did end up with a super slick installation that looks very professional. As an added plus, he installed it over some so it's no longer hard or us to reach the dampener on our furnace for the humidifier. Ran for a few days, and I thought it was regenerating too often. Called them up, they showed up the next day and replaced something on the head. Now that's service!! Couldn't be happier with the Kinetico or J F Denney

Jared was punctual, professional, mannerly, respectful and explained things well.  Kiziah Culp, the Kinetico representative for Home Depot  did a great job in giving the information.  I believe I asked some tough questions and she handled them directly and quite adequately.  She works very hard, as well as Jared.  I am so thankful for our Kinetico water softener! For years we have had dishwasher problems! Years! Our dishwashers have almost been disposable the way we went through them. Our dishes are finally crystal clear. My skin feels better (less dry and itchy). Water tastes great. Clothes from washer are fluffy. Much less soap is used. Man, I am thrilled beyond words. My only regret is we didn't get one before.  We may be remodeling our bathroom soon and we will certainly consider using J. F. Denney.

Keziah came to the house and conducted a test on the existing water at the house.   We had hard water.  Keziah explained what is in hard water (chemicals) and exactly how the softener would work and how it would change the water.  She was very knowledgeable.  I recommend the  Kinetico softener.  It works on kinetics and therefore uses no electricity.  She gave us a quote that day and we set a day and time for the softener and reverse osmosis system to be installed. 
Jared, our installer, arrived right on time on installation day.  He did and excellent job installing, including running a water line driectly to our refrigerator for RO water and ice.  Everything worked great and we noticed how soft the water was immediately.  Keziah came for a followup call a few weeks later to test the water.  It tested soft and both systems have been working correctly since installation.

Very professional and delivered on what they promised.  Installation went great and was only here for about 2hrs.  I purchased the dechlor and S650 and everything is great so far.

We purchased a new home in the county and wanted to have a whole house water filter / softener installed right away.  Kyle worked with us to meet us at the house during our inspection time to provide a quote.  He was punctual, friendly, knowledgeable and informative during our meeting.  We arranged to have the filter installed and he scheduled it as we asked, the morning after we took possession!  The installer arrived on time, was quick to task, neat in his work and explained what he'd done and what we needed to do going forward with the system.  Both gentlemen were very friendly and courteous to work with. 
During the inspection, we learned that the water pressure regulator on the house was bad so we added that to our quote and had them replace it while they were there.
After about a week or so, we asked if Kyle could come by to test the water.  He did the very next day and everything is working great! 
We are very pleased with the performance of the system -- the water feels and tastes great!  And we wouldn't hesitate to use this company again.

Service was OUTSTANDING! Serviced both our ROS and water softener system. Advised us that part of the softener system needed charcoal replacement to do a better job of filtering chlorine, which he was not qualified to do. Left it up to us to decide if we wanted to pursue it. Fixed a clog in the softener and replaced the bladder in our ROS. My husband asked if he would mind looking at an outside faucet we were having trouble with. Looked at it, showed my husband how to fix it himself, told him what parts he needed and gave him an essential part that is usually hard to get. Will absolutely call again!
J.F. Denney followed up with us the very next week regarding the replacement of our charcoal. Once again the service was professional and outstanding. We have also had them out one additional time to replace a hose on our softener system. Can't say enough good things about this company.

Asked for an estimate on new furnace. Never received one.

We requested a quote for an installation of the HVAC system.  We really appreciated the time he took in providing the detailed quote and questions we had.  We decided that we would use their services due to the integrity of the quote (HVAC installation required pulling a permit and this was standard and not an option).  Instead of the HVAC installation, we called the main number to have a technician come out to repair our furnace and sign up for a service plan/annual tune up.  When the time came to replace, we would use this company.  Unfortunately, this company did not service our area.  Due to this fact, we started our search again for a company that had identical business ethics.    I let the sales person know about this and he wanted to make it right, but we had already found a company and made arrangements for them to repair the furnace and paid for the annual service plan.  *******If this company would have provided services in area now or in the future, we would definitely chose them for our HVAC needs.**************
