The installer arrived right on time and made quick work of the removal and install. Really did end up with a super slick installation that looks very professional. As an added plus, he installed it over some so it's no longer hard or us to reach the dampener on our furnace for the humidifier. Ran for a few days, and I thought it was regenerating too often. Called them up, they showed up the next day and replaced something on the head. Now that's service!! Couldn't be happier with the Kinetico or J F Denney

Jared was punctual, professional, mannerly, respectful and explained things well. Kiziah Culp, the Kinetico representative for Home Depot did a great job in giving the information. I believe I asked some tough questions and she handled them directly and quite adequately. She works very hard, as well as Jared. I am so thankful for our Kinetico water softener! For years we have had dishwasher problems! Years! Our dishwashers have almost been disposable the way we went through them. Our dishes are finally crystal clear. My skin feels better (less dry and itchy). Water tastes great. Clothes from washer are fluffy. Much less soap is used. Man, I am thrilled beyond words. My only regret is we didn't get one before. We may be remodeling our bathroom soon and we will certainly consider using J. F. Denney.

Keziah came to the house and conducted a test on the existing water at the house. We had hard water. Keziah explained what is in hard water (chemicals) and exactly how the softener would work and how it would change the water. She was very knowledgeable. I recommend the Kinetico softener. It works on kinetics and therefore uses no electricity. She gave us a quote that day and we set a day and time for the softener and reverse osmosis system to be installed. Jared, our installer, arrived right on time on installation day. He did and excellent job installing, including running a water line driectly to our refrigerator for RO water and ice. Everything worked great and we noticed how soft the water was immediately. Keziah came for a followup call a few weeks later to test the water. It tested soft and both systems have been working correctly since installation.

Very professional and delivered on what they promised. Installation went great and was only here for about 2hrs. I purchased the dechlor and S650 and everything is great so far. Definitely recommended

We purchased a new home in the county and wanted to have a whole house water filter / softener installed right away. Kyle worked with us to meet us at the house during our inspection time to provide a quote. He was punctual, friendly, knowledgeable and informative during our meeting. We arranged to have the filter installed and he scheduled it as we asked, the morning after we took possession! The installer arrived on time, was quick to task, neat in his work and explained what he'd done and what we needed to do going forward with the system. Both gentlemen were very friendly and courteous to work with. During the inspection, we learned that the water pressure regulator on the house was bad so we added that to our quote and had them replace it while they were there. After about a week or so, we asked if Kyle could come by to test the water. He did the very next day and everything is working great! We are very pleased with the performance of the system -- the water feels and tastes great! And we wouldn't hesitate to use this company again.

Service was OUTSTANDING! Serviced both our ROS and water softener system. Advised us that part of the softener system needed charcoal replacement to do a better job of filtering chlorine, which he was not qualified to do. Left it up to us to decide if we wanted to pursue it. Fixed a clog in the softener and replaced the bladder in our ROS. My husband asked if he would mind looking at an outside faucet we were having trouble with. Looked at it, showed my husband how to fix it himself, told him what parts he needed and gave him an essential part that is usually hard to get. Will absolutely call again! J.F. Denney followed up with us the very next week regarding the replacement of our charcoal. Once again the service was professional and outstanding. We have also had them out one additional time to replace a hose on our softener system. Can't say enough good things about this company.

Asked for an estimate on new furnace. Never received one.

We requested a quote for an installation of the HVAC system. We really appreciated the time he took in providing the detailed quote and questions we had. We decided that we would use their services due to the integrity of the quote (HVAC installation required pulling a permit and this was standard and not an option). Instead of the HVAC installation, we called the main number to have a technician come out to repair our furnace and sign up for a service plan/annual tune up. When the time came to replace, we would use this company. Unfortunately, this company did not service our area. Due to this fact, we started our search again for a company that had identical business ethics. I let the sales person know about this and he wanted to make it right, but we had already found a company and made arrangements for them to repair the furnace and paid for the annual service plan. *******If this company would have provided services in area now or in the future, we would definitely chose them for our HVAC needs.**************

They were great from start to finish.

He is young, he is slow but he is thorough and we have had some that were union guys. When they are union I hate to say it but they will not do anything outside the box. They only do it to make the bucks. I don't know how to explain it but there is just a difference in attitude. I had another company that came in and he did nothing and charged us $100.00. JD comes in and he is so thorough and he wasn't even much more then a $100.00. It has been a year since he has been here but I think it was cold when he was here. It seems like it wasn't this winter but the last winter so it was around 2010. We spent almost that much for another guy to come in and he did nothing. I saw them work on a neighbors house how and I seen what they did. They cut it off, they don't stay working a minute overtime and it was just a different attitude the way they do things. I give responsiveness a B rating because they have so many customers that they cant get to you as soon as you would like.

They were good. I had some trouble with their administrative people so I stayed away from them for awhile. I have since gotten over that. They are probably the best in Leavenworth. They are very professional, competent, punctual, low key and unobtrusive. They will do everything and not get in the way. They did a good job.

They were on time, came out, and made a recommendation. They came back after we'd made our decision. They were done in less than two hours and we were on our way with no problems. They've followed up and they've been helpful. They did a good job.

They called first, came on time, opened the line and cleaned up when he finished.

Upon tenant moving out we noticed the gas meter had been hit hard by a riding lawnmower and required the city to replace. Before the city would install a new meter we needed a plumber to pressurize the lines to prove there weren't any leaks. JF Denney ended up coming to the home 5 separate times to pressurize lines, have it fail by the time the city showed up, then look for leaks and repeat the whole process. This unfortunate situation came to a huge bill, I was able to work with JF Denney to get to a more reasonable price tag. I believe JF Denney is the best plumbing company in the Leavenworth/Lansing area, just wish my situation could have been handled a little better.

Company installed a tankless hot water system. I had two water heaters in our home and both were showing severe signs of corrosion. Instead of replacing two tanks I elected to go with the tankless system and acquired approximately 5 bids. Denney was the lowest cost and they also provided a number of references and took time to evaluate our water usage to ensure that the unit would meet our demands. We have been very pleased with the unit installed and with the installation.

They are excellent. They are very professional and punctual. They are reasonably priced. The guy who came to work was real grumpy that day, but usually their customer service is excellent. They are extremely knowledgeable.
