It turned out just fine. They were prompt, the bid was correct, and the work was done in a professional manner. They finished the work in one day.

They were prompt, polite, and nice. I believe the bid was a couple thousand dollars to repair the roof. I found out that it would around $10,000 to replace my whole roof so I just went ahead and did that. I ended up going with another company to have the whole roof replaced.

They did a fantastic job for us! The project took a couple of weeks to complete. The project manager, Bob, was a wonderful representative of that company. His communication is amazing. He is very quick and responsive. The people who came out to do the work were very friendly. The billings ladies were also very nice. Everyone I dealt with was professional.

They were very, very good. They tacked the problem and got it fixed as soon as possible once they came out.

I haven’t decided which contractor I will choose. They were most pleasant and the estimate was free. They were efficient in getting us the estimate and quick to respond.

We didn’t end up choosing them, but they were really good. There was nothing wrong with them. They helped us working with the insurance company. We just ended up choosing a company that had worked more with our insurance company.

I thought they were very thorough. I contacted several people and I couldn’t even get anyone to come out and look at the project. WHITE STAR CONSTRUCTION was pretty prompt in getting back to me. I asked them to correspond with me via email and they obliged.

I felt the estimate was fair. I will be calling them to complete the contract. They showed up as promised and sent me the estimate by mail quickly. No problems with them so far. They were recommended to me by a person who works at State Farm Insurance.

It was pretty good. I can’t remember any problems. They were very timely.

I ended up doing much of the work myself, and they were nice enough to provide me the names of the contractors they would use for the work that was out of scope. I saved a lot of money and knew I was getting quality subs.

The experience was fine and we had no problems with service.

We returned home from vacation and discovered the water line under the kitchen sink had broken and water had ruined the floor and cabinets in the kitchen and had leaked into the ceiling, wall and cabinets in the basement laundry room. We called our insurance company and were referred to White Star. They came out within 2 hours and put in fans to dry everything out. This was on a Thursday and the fans had to remain on until Monday. They were very professional and told us exactly what the would be doing. They also came back repeatedly to check on the fans. They were always very neat and put up plastic between the kitchen and dining area to keep the fan noise and heat away from us. When everything was dry they came in and removed everything, disposing of all materials and then came back in to replace the wood sub-floor in the kitchen and the walls and ceiling in the basement. They also fixed some plumbing problems that were needed and did a lot of extra work. They were always very prompt, very courteous and the work was excellent. I would recommend them to anyone.

I had an unpleasant and horrible experience with them. They did terrible work and treated me terribly. They were very disrespectful and rude. Their work was sub standard. I would not recommend them to others. They were a total loss. The sub contractors who they recommended also did a terrible job. They stopped working for two months because I did not agree to accept their sub standard work. I would not use them again in the future.

I did not do business with them. Their estimated price of about $500 was higher than what I was interested in paying. They were punctual, responsive and professional. I would consider contacting them again in the future for another quote.

They are always punctual and very professional. When they do a job its done right the first time. I will use them in future.

They picked up the tile for me after I picked out which one I wanted. I was very pleased with the work that was done. They replaced the floor in my bathroom. They do big and small jobs. I will continue to use them in the future.

They are very professional. Bob Welch always checks on his workers to see how things go on a day-to-day basis. They follow-up to see if the job is going okay. He thought they did not put enough coats on the kitchen and had them come back out and do another coat. They are a good company. They are very careful not to damage anything when they are working.

They were very professional and willing to work with me to get done exactly what I wanted done. I also had them provide an estimate for repairs needed to my neighbor's unit, which was causing another leak into my unit. Work was done in a timely manner and I would recommend them.

They were excellent. They were very professional, business-like, and came right in and did the job. They cleaned up after themselves, and one thing I really liked, the foreman came back and checked to see if we were satisfied. They're a little on the pricey side, but having somebody take up floors in my house is important and worth the money.

I GOT BIDS FROM A FEW CONTRACTORS. WHEN I MET WITH BOB FROM WHITE STAR, HE BROUGHT A REPRESENTATIVE FROM A&M FLOORING WITH HIM. I WAS IMMEDIATELY COMFORTABLE WITH THEIR ASSESSMENT OF THE JOB & THEIR PROFESSIONAL ATTITUDES. IT TOOK A MONTH TO GET ON THEIR SCHEDULE FOR THIS WEEK LONG PROJECT. THE DRYWALLERS & PAINTERS WERE PROMPT, COURTEOUS, & CLEANED UP SO WELL THAT I COULD USE THE KITCHEN AFTER THEY FINISHED EACH DAY! THE FLOORING INSTALLERS, LARRY & ROD, WERE GREAT. THEY TOOK THEIR TIME & DID A GOOD JOB. THERE WERE A FEW REASONS, OUT OF WHITE STAR'S CONTROL, THAT PUSHED THE PROJECT FROM ONE WEEK TO TWO WEEKS. I WOULD SUGGEST YOU MAKE IT A POINT TO FIND OUT EXACTLY WHEN WORKERS WILL BE ON THE JOB. ONE DAY NO ONE CAME BY & THEREFORE, I WOUND UP LOCKING UP MY PETS UP FOR NO REASON. THIS WAS A SMALL THING BECAUSE I'M VERY HAPPY WITH THE OVERALL RESULTS.

WHITE STAR CONSTRUCTION WAS A VERY RELIABLE COMPANY. THEY HAVE MANY EMPLOYEES WITH MANY DIFFERENT SPECIALTIES. VERY PROMPT, POLITE, THOROUGH.

WHITE STAR RETURNED EVERY CALL PROMPTLY, GAVE AN ESTIMATE WITHIN ONE WEEK, SHOWED UP ON THE DAY THEY SAID THEY WOULD AND FINISHED ON TIME. THE JOB HAS BEEN PERFECT SO FAR AND NO LEAKS.
