Description of Work: Washed all of my windows for $99.00 and they charged a little extra to also wash the screens. The windows were sparkling clean. They did forget to clean out one window seal and one of the screens wasn't put back in properly, but we also have a hard time getting it in ourselves.

Description of Work: I had my 1st appointment scheduled for July 15th between 11AM and 1PM. When no one came or called by 1:15, I called their office and asked what happened. The owner said they should have called to notify me of the delay. He apologized and Scheduled another appointment for me. That day, the 29th, the tech came and did a good job washing my screens and windows inside and out.
