Description of Work: Washed windows inside and out as well as screens. Did so on a screened porch with a high window. Also did high entry window.

Description of Work: I called about getting windows cleaned at my home. I said I lived in Greenfield and that was not in the area they serviced but I didn't know if they made exceptions. The man I spoke with said, no problem they would be glad to come out but it might take a little longer to get on the schedule. I said that was fine because the farmer behind our house had not harvested the corn behind our house and I wanted to wait until that had been done. He said that was fine, just call again when the corn had been harvested. So I called about a month later. Spoke to the same man and he said, they don't come out to Greenfield, was rude when talking to me and definitely couldn't get off the phone fast enough. Of course I did not use service and have told several friends about my experience with this company. All of this could have been avoided if he had just told me in the beginning that they wouldn't come to Greenfield.

Description of Work: They took longer than last year to make contact with me and then clean my windows. They were very considerate and let me know that their special through Angie's List had been very successful.

Description of Work: This is the second year I have used this provider for fall window washing. I always add screen cleaning and sash cleaning to the list and I have a few odd windows to add that make up for the extra cost. they do a great job in way less time that it would take me and everything looks great. Obviously, since I've already done this, I would and have used them again. Very good.

Description of Work: Josh (I think that is his name) never smiled or showed he appreciated my business. He removed the cover on my outside faucet, but never replaced it. His truck left large oil spots on my driveway; he should have known and parked on the street. I'm not sure I will use them again
