I was concerned about the ability to reach the row of windows across the top of the 2nd story, but they had all the equipment necessary to get the job done efficiently. They were very professional.

Overall it went very well. Because of the Groupon, they were booked for a couple months at the time I called, understandably. They brought a crew of about 5 out and were done in about an hour and a half. I have a 2-story house with a lot of windows so I thought that was pretty efficient. I did catch one window that was missed, but I noticed before they left, so they did get it done. I had dried crusty stucco on some of the outside windows from when the house was built, and they were able to get that off no problem, as well as all the bird dung! They wee all very professional and friendly.

I purchased a Living Social deal for up to 20 windows on a two story house for $69. I checked the company out on Angie's List prior to purchasing and they had great reviews. When I called to schedule the cleaning, I was asked if I would like my screens cleaned and if so there would be an additional charge ($2 per window, $3 per door screen). Totally acceptable pricing and was told I didn't need to commit at that time, that the crew would ask me again when they came out. They arrived on time and completed the job within an hour or so (I have a total of 10 windows/screens and 3 doors w/ 1 screen. They did a fantastic job on the windows! They look great and I was really pleased. My additional charge for the screens was a total of $23 and all together was less than the last company I hired! I will definitely use Window Genie again!

Beware of very deceptive pricing. Bought a groupon to clean 15 windows for $49. They would not perform job for the quoted fee and were very deceptive. Enough said....stay away.

We used them several times. We picked them out of the phone book. They were excellent. We spent about $300 for the last service and we had a lot of windows in that house. We would definitely use their services in the future too.

The experience was excellent and everything was really good! I would highly recommend them! I had some iron residue on my windows and he came back and used a special substance to get it off.

I scheduled an appointment with Window Genie for annual windows cleaning. My two-story house has a lot of big windows. A window cleaning person showed on time and did a fantastic job. I have never had such clean windows before.

Second time since 2009 we've used Window Genie to clean our windows inside and out. Always a great job, careful, professional. This time owner did the job himself.

WOW! It was like the first time I got glasses and I could see again. We had them clean both inside and outside of the windows (and they even wiped down the casings!) and the screens. I can't get over how good it looks. No streaks, no smears.... the windows didn't look this good when we bought the house. We are definitely going to do this again!

I have used them twice and each time the company delivers excellent service. No reason to ever try washing my own windows! Cost is reasonable and they are amazingly fast.

We prepared all the windows by removing window treatments, screens and moving any furniture that would be an obstruction. The end result was well worth the effort to be ready and the cost. I definitely would recomend this company and will use them again.

The owner of the company came out and did the work himself. He was thorough and the quality of his work was good.

Dave arrived right on time and began cleaning the outside windows and then came in to do the inside. The windows just sparkle. I'm very pleased.
