The window cleaning was fine. It was good. They seemed very professional. It was raining on the day they came and so I think it took them a little bit longer, but 1.22 to 1.27, and they took their time. They didn't rush through it. I used the big deal coupon for this service but I also had additional work done, which was the screen cleaning. I think the coupon was for $59 of service. The price was fine and they were on time.

It went well, they were able to reach the highest windows. There were no streaks left on the windows. The only problem I had were the edges and corners. They didn't get all of them,they were a little too fast.I would use them again but not until I try someone else first. I'd like to compare work quality.

Matt and Chris showed up right on time. They were clearly dedicated to making us 100% satisfied. I would highly recommend this company.

Cleaner was on time, fast, efficient, moved seamlessly through the house and everything was put back. Windows were clean and streakless as advertised. Couldn't be happier.

They were quick, the windows look great. I thought they were coming at noon and it was closer to 2, but that may have been my misunderstanding. The guys were very nice and professional.

I was very impressed with the punctuality of my contacts with this company and I was even more impressed by the quality of their work. My windows are very clean on the exterior (which is where they needed to be cleaned the most) and now I will clean the interior sides and the screens as the weather warms. I was very satisfied with this company.

Wow. Matthew arrived on time, we discussed what was to be done and what was covered by the Angie's List Big Deal. We paid to have the screens washed as well. We have a 2 story home on a basement so there are many windows. Matthew completed all the work in about 2.5 hours. I cannot begin to explain how much better it looks. We bought the house in December, so had no idea how dirty they really were. I would have paid (and will again) full price for their service. I would recommend them to anyone. Matthew was prompt, efficient, left behind no mess and did a fantastic job.

These guys did a fantastic job! I called and needed them to come as soon as I could get on the schedule because I was putting my house on the market for a short sale and time was of the essence. They were able to come on the first time slot I would be home. They gave me some great advise about taking the screens off and leaving them off while showing the house. They do allot of work for some of the bigger real estate companies in town and said this is a common practice when trying to sell a house because the view is so much clearer. Boy were they right!! They pointed out two potential problem areas with windows and did a fantastic job. All I want to do is look out the windows now! LOL!! If you're wanting to take advantage of one of their coupons I urge you to do so even in cold weather. There is a solution they can add to their washing solution so that they can wash windows even in the coldest temperatures so don't think they can only help in warm weather. Will definitely use them again in my new place!

Well pleased. They were prompt, thorough and fast.

They were very professional, courteous, and the two gentleman that did the work did an excellent job cleaning the windows.

Showed up early. Did first and second floors, worked around difficult architectural screens. In and out. Wife was very pleased.

The price was reasonable but I don't think it's worth it. Originally, it was hard to get the server's schedule because my wife bought a coupon and they wouldn't honor and they try to charge us more money.

I will let you know if and when I hear from them. The scheduling problem was an honest mistake. We are now scheduled for service. All is good and on track.

Scott did an amazing job! Our windows had not been cleaned in a long time and we had a party planned at our home. Scott was able to fit us into his schedule just before the party, so the windows looked terrific. He removed our screens and cleaned the sills, frames and windows on the inside and the outside. The windows looked perfect, especially our big picture window at the front of the house! We will definitely use Window Genie again!!

Company was very responsive and professional. They contacted me promptly by email to schedule and gave me a quote for a few extra windows which was very reasonable (21 more dollars). They answered every email I sent. They were on time for the cleaning and left the windows looking great. My husband was skeptical for why we needed to hire someone for this but at the end of the service he was sold on it. Would definitively recommend and hire again.

Gentlemen we on time and very professional

Team arrived on time and were all very friendly. The work started right away with one person working outside and one working inside. Screens were removed and replaced. All the sills were dusted and the windows sparkled.
