My windows are large (almost 4' x 6') and it is too hard for me to remove the storm windows to clean everything myself. The employee arrived exactly on time and went to work immediately. He did a very good job and there were no streaks. He was concerned because some of the windows have broken seals and are a little fogged up. He wanted to show me so I realized the problem was the window itself, not the work he did. I was aware of this as the windows are 38 years old but I really appreciated him letting me know. I will use them again.

After purchasing an Angie's List Big Deal I scheduled an appointment and noted that some windows were relatively high - three floors up from the back. An employee came late to the scheduled appointment and said he would be unable to complete the job that day because he didn't have the necessary equipment. He apologized and said his boss was on vacation and a lot of other employees had called off. He said his employer would call me to reschedule. The employer did about a week later. For the next appointment, the same employee arrived with an additional worker. We went over (again) which windows were to be cleaned and they proceeded with their work. While the windows they did clean looked fine, they left without finishing all the agreed upon number of windows. The last company I used (for virtually the same price) had cleaned the sills as well and I will have that company come back to complete the job.

Purchased big deal for Window Genie of Indianapolis North. They came out and cleaned exterior windows upstairs and downstairs. They did a great job and will use them again.

They were puntucal, fast, and efficient. I can't say enough good about them. They were friendly and professional, and put the window grids back in the exact same way they were. They even cleaned our storm windows inside and out, and I know that is a pain. I was amazed how fast they did it all.

It went very well. They arrive as scheduled and were very efficient. I asked them to be careful of our emerging perennials, and they were. I had purchased the Angie's List deal for this, and was pleased. We will use them again. Even without the deal, it is worth it to get this hated task done.

Excellent responsiveness throughout the process, from scheduling to job performance. Prompt, efficient, courteous service! I think they probably cleaned a few more windows than were included in the bargain, as well. Recommended.

Although there were a couple delays due to rain he was prompt, punctual and highly cooperative.

They contacted me right away after I bought the deal and scheduled right away. One worker cleaned about 20 windows less than 2 hrs. Our windows were sparkling and very clean.

Window cleaning was very good. However, one of the workmen had his shoes off while walking on the hardwood floors. Wet (sweaty) socks left filmy prints every place he stepped. We cleaned all those areas of course. Secondly, some of the furniture did not get replaced into position including a lamp left on the floor rather than back on the table. I should have done walkthrough after they finished and I am sure they would have taken care of the issues. Hustling to the next job I am sure. I will use them again and will better monitor the process. Clean windows are worth the minor annoyances as a first time customer.

They arrived and counted the windows, 75 and then gave an estimate on the job Another team of 2 workers joined the orginal two and the worked quickly and well.

Mac, Chris, Kyler and Scott were skilled professionals--working quickly but carefully. They were pleasant and thorough. They began at 8:30 a.m. just as promised, and were finished before 10:15 a.m. No streaks or missed places. It's great to be able to see through crystal windows!

They were great! I bought a deal that covered about half of the work and then paid extra for the rest of the windows. My windows are old - some original to the 1930 house and some installed in 1964. They weren't able to do all of them due to some being painted shut, but the work performed on the windows they were able to clean was great. They were careful to take off their shoes and not to leave debris around. I'd definitely hire them again.

I bought a Big Deal coupon from Window Genie. When I called the number to schedule an appointment, I was told to call the Window Genie service on the West side and they immediately scheduled me for the dates I asked. They kept in contact through email and the evening before coming they sent an email with pictures of the two window cleaners that would be coming to do the work. They showed up exactly on time and did an excellent job. The windows sparkled after they finished.

They were great. Everything with smoothly and the windows haven't been this clean since our house was built 8 years ago. We definitely plan on using them again in the future.

I purchased this service on an Angie's Deal. This was a great purchase. Scheduling an appointment was very easy. I was able to talk with Scott who answered all of my questions and concerns. They came when scheduled and performed an awesome job. I didn't realize how dirty my windows were until they were finished. Both Matthew and Chris were very professional and worked very quickly without a mess. I will definately use Scott Brothers Window Genie service in the future. And I hope that Matthew and Chris will be available when I do need them again.

I bought a Big Deal package in March as our windows have needed a serious cleaning for a couple of years. They came on the day expected and about the time they said they would be here. The two crew people went quickly to work and had the job done--about 35 windows and screens done outside only--in about 2 or 3 hours.
