The serviceman arrived on time and proceeded to count all the windows. He gave me a price for the windows which were not covered in the and quot;deal.and quot; He started to work immediately and was very efficient. He climbed up to the high windows and did a great job.

Excellent - we purchased a and quot;Big Dealand quot; from Angie's List and then paid a fee for the additional windows that were not covered by the deal. We were contacted immediately and provided a quote for the extra windows and then an appointment was made. The person showed up on time and was very polite and efficient. Did a great job on the windows and left without any marks of being there.

Excellent service. However, the crew arrived at 9:00 AM for a scheduled 8:30 AM appointment---no phone call indicating that they were running late.

After they left I noticed that the windows were not clean on the outside. They had not used a scraper to clean the outside of the windows, so there was a lot of stuff still stuck on them, plus there were smudges/streaks on the windows from the squeegee. I e-mailed the company, and they came back and washed the outside of the windows again. They did a nice job the second time, and it is nice to have clean windows.

The window washer showed up on time and did a fine job.My husband asked him to re-do one window that was badly streaked and he complied without problems. The job took about 1.5 hours.

Chris and Cyrel arrived on time, were very personable and professional, and did an excellent job! They cleaned 20 windows inside and out, and cleaned all the screens. No streaks, no mess. Chris also showed me that one of my bedroom windows had a bad seal. I have already told several of my neighbors about Window Genie, so I'm sure Chris and Cyrel will be back in my neighborhood soon!

It went very well. The workers ere very professional, courteous, and did a really excellent job cleaning my windows, some of which were located in areas difficult to reach.

Chris showed up right on time. I had purchased the $75 Big Deal for 20 windows, inside and out although I basically only had planned on downstairs windows in the rear of the house plus the entryway. He offered to include the two picture windows on the second floor of the entryway that I hadn't planned on. He got right to work and within an hour was mostly done. One of his co-workers showed up to assist in completing the outside work. The windows were sparkling clean, they left the house in the same condition it was before they arrived. He was pleasant to talk to and did a completely professional job in no time flat. I've never paid to have my windows cleaned before, but think it was worth the $150 regular price for the quality of work and worker.

They actually got ladders out to do the high windows, instead of trying to do them all from the inside! I will definitely use them in the future!
