I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and it was fine. They came out a couple of weeks after I purchased the deal and there was an additional charge of $125 because I had them do extra windows above the Big Deal. I liked the way he did the window sills without being told. I don't have any complaints about it, but I did not like the extra charges.

Great! Timely call from Genie to schedule the cleaning. Two men arrived on time, could not have been more polite. Went to work, very professionally and very quickly finished the job and the windows looked beautiful. No streaks on the windows, no water anywhere. They even bent , slightly, one of my screens while getting it out of the window. I agree with them, the screens are difficult to get out. They told me what happened, took the screen with them to give it to the owner of Genie to be fixed. It was fixed and back in my window in about two weeks.

. We contracted for $75 for $150 work. We agreed to additional work costing $90 : - Cleaned remaining additional house windows, inside and out - Cleaned all storm windows, inside and out - Reinstalled all storm windows (We had removed and tagged all storms before Window Genie arrived) We were very pleased with the work; and the young men who did the work.

The gentlemen who did the window washing were on time, polite and did a thorough job. I was very pleased with the service.

Overall, the service was okay. One person showed up, which seemed odd as we have had our windows washed many times and it is usually a two man crew. He brought no ladder. It was rather cold outside and he spent the morning hanging out of our windows so that he could wash the outside of the window. This was very unusual to me. After he left, we discovered several of our window latches had been broken in the process which made it impossible for us to keep our windows open.

I purchased a Big Deal for exterior window washing because we'd just had our home power washed and painted and the windows looked crummy. Scheduling was easy. I was contacted via email and voicemail I do believe with available upcoming dates. I chose one, voicemailed it in, and received a call back to confirm. The crew arrived when they were supposed to and got right to work. I gave them a B for quality since parts of two windows looked like they were missed and there was some paint on the front door side windows that was not scraped off. I did not notice this until they were gone. I did not bring this to the company's attention as I was satisfied enough with the great deal I got. I will use them again, but be sure to point out any short comings.

Job completed to my satisfaction.

Windows looked great. One big problem was that there was a and quot;dirty waterand quot; residue left behind on almost all of my interior window sills. It was a lot of work to have to clean all of that up. It's hard to understand why they would have not wiped the widow sills down - the blue/gray water stains were easy to see. They didn't put a screen back into one of my windows on the second level of my home. I tried to get it in myself, but had a hard time because the window was above my washing machine and was really hard to get to. If it dropped out of my hand while installing it, the screen would have fallen two stories down. I called and told them I was having trouble getting it in, and asked if they could stop by when it was convenient and put it in for me. Their response was and quot;can't your husband get up there and get it in?and quot;.

Easy to book appointment and at my convenience. Showed up on time. Very professional. Great job! Will use them again!

They were great -- communicated well and answered my questions ahead of time, arrived on time and did a great job. What a luxury to have professionally cleaned windows...but at a great cost!

Scott was very prompt with scheduling, and I liked that he was able to do so by Email. Chris did the windows. He was polite and respectful. He locked all the windows after finishing. I checked each one. After a couple of days, one of the screens fell out of the garage. I checked the other garage window screen, and it had not been secured either. There were bird droppings on one of the upper shutters, so I asked Chris if he could clean that while he was up there on the ladder. He was willing to do that. However, the mess is still there. Possibly it just wouldn't come off easily? I don't know. He didn't say. I would have given big kudos for the added (and free) service if it had actually been clean! Other window cleaning companies have charged for each window no matter how small, but Chris counted the 2 side lights as one window:)

Good experience. Thy did a nice job! Wish I would have had them do the interior windows as well. I just wish they would have cleaned my sliding door screen. But overall good job.

My house has all leaded glass windows which are much harder to clean and time consuming than conventional windows. The work was performed by 2 workers who did a really nice job.

The service was very good and they showed up promptly. He was very efficient and worked quickly. My coupon was for $75.00, but with the extra windows I had, including skylights, I payed another $75.00.

They did a great job. I think the screens were extra, so I just had them do the windows. It was my first time using them and they were very pleasant. My windows have a sunblock thing on them and it was starting to crack, so they showed me where I might want to think about looking into getting new windows which was nice because they made that extra effort.
