They did not service my area so I found someone else to do the job.

The actual person who cleaned our windows did a great job, however, the scheduling to get it set up was not so great. It started with owner and lack of communication and organization.

We had purchased a big deal for the service, and it turned out good. They were supposed to do the cleaning after pressure washing, and since the pressure washing people were running late, I called them and they were pretty good about rescheduling.

Chris from Window Genie arrived on time on the scheduled date. After counting the windows to be cleaned he immediately got right to work. He worked quickly but very efficiently and was able to clean the exterior of 35 windows on our 2 story home in about one hour. We were very pleased with the outcome and will definitely use Window Genie in the future.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and they did a nice job. We used some additional services so there was an extra charge of about $90 over the cost of the Big Deal.

Great job! I will make regular use of their service.

Everything was done as requested and the windows look really great going into the winter. Pricing was just excellent and the job was done very well. I would use Window Genie again even without the Angie's List deal pricing since these folks are just that good. Everything went very well and we are pleased.

It went fantastic. Matthew and his team were very informative, answered my quetions, as well as my four year old's, patiently and thoroughly. The windows look so good that I didn't want my dog or kids anywhere near them! My emails and phone calls were responded too promptly. I should also mention that the above cost included some additional windows I added on once Matthew and his team were at my home (I originally purchased a whole house window cleaning deal through The Big Deal). I would gladly use this company again.

They were very responsive on scheduling the appointment. They were 15 minutes late but got to work very quickly. They completed the job efficiently and left only 1 window streak. I would definitly use them again.

Two service providers showed up and promptly began to clean all inside and outside windows. The deal included a set amount of windows, but I was happy to pay a little extra to get a few more windows done - for 100% coverage. They were very careful and did asuperb job. The windows were clear and and quot;sparkledand quot; when they were done. Glad I took advantage of the offer from Angie's List. I'll hire them again (next deal :))

They cleaned the windows inside and out, along with the screens. The two men that came out did a good job and were courteous.

Fee was for 20-22 windows. They arrived on time! Promptly quoted an additional $195 for 40 plus windows. They counted each window twice since there is a 12 inch transom window over the 6 foot windows. Hmm...12 inch window isn't twice the size of a 72 inch window. Previous window cleaners charged a premium for the taller windows, but certainly not double. Customer service rep (owner), said we could pick out what 20 windows we wanted cleaned for the coupon, but the price for the total was going to be $270...crazy amount...nearly 4 times the deal.

Did an OK job, but not well enough for us to re-hire them.

Chris did a great job cleaning 55 windows inside and out taking advantage of the Big Deal I had purchased that covered 22 windows and adding in the other windows at a modest cost.

Too much of a hassle with the Service Provider and not getting direct answers to my questions.

That was excellent; when I was not able to be home when the window cleaner came, I just remember when I walked home -you could immediately tell the windows had been cleaned.I was not here but my sister says, the guy who came was very nice and he really did a good job.

They were right on time. Took shoes off when entered house. Showed us where our screens were broken and couldn't be removed without damaging them. Very friendly.
