Window Genie was great. I purchased a Big Deal and got a call form them within 2 days to schedule. They were prompt and did a great job. I would absolutely use them again!

It went well. I paid a little bit extra like $40 for additional work. My wife said that they were great and did a great job. We had construction going on so they were really good with rescheduling with us and we got the way because of the building propped up. They were really good with that and they did a really nice job. My wife said she really likes them. We would use them again in the future.

This is hands down my very favorite Angie's List Big Deal purchase ever!!! Chris arrived on time and began work immediately. He was thorough, and my entire house sparkles like I don't think it ever has! Arranging for the work went very smoothly and the service was superb. I'm so please with the company and will definitely use them again.

It went pretty well. They did a good job. They were not prepared to do the screens or the window sills that I had requested.

The 2 young men arrived within the 2 hr scheduled arrival time, immediately went to work doing the 2 outside skylights, then proceeded around the house washing all windows. They then came into the great room and washed the one window in the top of the room. They even put down a tarp to cover the carpet so they wouldn't drip soapy water. Very nice, professional and hard workers. It was quite windy with cool temps, but they worked quickly and without complaint.

I normally do my own windows but the price was right and I always have trouble with the five upstairs windows as I have crank windows and is hard to do a good job. It was raining slightly and they had to come in to do the upstairs windows from inside due to the roof was to wet. The windows were done and look wonderful.

They did a reasonable job. I still sense some streaks on some window glasses although it was great that they could do the upstairs and the outside on the high level. They did the work relatively close to the time when I purchased the big deal. Maybe I would use them again in the future.

I was not very happy with the service. When he came he said he was not sure if he could clean all the windows by himself. I felt he should have been more prepared because I had let him know in advance how many windows I have and how large my house is. I had scheduled to have the chandelier cleaned in the foyer. When he was leaving he gave me a bottle of window cleaner and said and ldquo;maybe your son could get up on the ladder and clean the chandelierand rdquo;. The window cleaning itself was fine.

Wife bought deal without me knowing. Got confirmation email that said what they would not do, seemed like I bought $75 deal for $150 worth of work, but $150 worth of work for window cleaning is not much. Ended up spending additional $300. Salesman was not that informed, appointments scheduled like a cable t.v. service guy coming out. 10-6 salesman said it wuold take all day, technicians said it would only take a few hours. They did an ok job, seems like it was more of an opportunity for them to upsell us.

It worked out fine. I had to have them come back because some of the windows were not completely cleaned but they came back right away and fixed it and did a great job responding to that. We added a few additional things for them to do which added another $35 on there. They were very responsive to my initial concerns about a couple of windows not being completely cleaned and I was really pleased with the way that they fixed that right away.

They were on-time, actually early, were professional and friendly and got the job done very quickly. They did a nice job.

Window Genie came to our home and cleaned the outside of all of our windows. They were professional, punctual and did a fantastic job. I was so thankful to see how clean the windows were when I came home from work. I would definitely use them again as they were very easy to deal with and stood true to their word. Thank you.

They were on time, polite and cleaned the windows thoroughly. They even had to scrape hard water spots off of several windows. We are very happy with the results and told them to put us on there schedule for next spring.

Mike Angle at Window Genie is the absolute best. To start with, I live in a historic home that still has wood-framed, led-glass windows with protective storms on them. His estimate for the work was $150 cheaper than any other provider I called. It took two guys about 5 hours (with a half-hour lunch break) to do all the windows, but the storms were old and hard to open and shut and these windows were DIRTY from years of neglect and paint drippings. We just bought the home and Mike estimated that it had been YEARS since anyone had even tried to wipe them down let alone have them professionally cleaned. In short, I can't believe how clean my windows are now. They are literally SPARKLING! Mike even left us with a can of some of their streak-free product.

This was a big deal.$75 to clean 20 windows inside and out. We had way more windows than that so we paid a lot more. I thought they did a great job. They worked very fast. The indoor cleaning crew is different from the outdoor crew. They had all the right equipment to get to our higher windows. They were nice people, I enjoyed having them in our house. There was a supervisor on site who reviewed the work of the others and pointed out several issues to us. I liked that.

The company told me that the. Big Deal can only be used as part of whole house window clean. The # of windows covered in the deal is not cost effective as I had expected.

Two professional, young men arrived on-time and worked efficiently. The windows sparkled when they finished. I was most impressed by the email I received the week before my appointment confirming the date and time.

I purchased a Big Deal coupon from them. The service was great. I would refer them to someone. He is very nice and professional and I was there when they did it and they did a great job. They were very responsive.

The people were on time, efficient and proficient in their work. Additionally, they were pleasant to interact with and were very kind to the two little visitors I had at the house. I would love to use them again since my house painters came along three days later and powerwashed the house and messed up their work. I will look for another coupon to use. I highly recommend this company.

I bought the special deal from Angie's list and was more than pleased. The gentlemen were professional, arrived on time, and did an amazing job. In a little over an hour a chore that takes me all day was completed. I highly recommend Window Genie and will be using them again!

The men arrived on time. They cleaned all the windows I requested and were very professional.

They were to show up between 10 and 12, actually ended up arriving around 9:20 which worked out great. I only spoke to one of the two gentlemen, he was courteous an professional. He walked around the house with me to be sure he understood what needed to be done. He was cleaning the inside windows when he came out and asked if we had tinting on our windows. He explained there was something on the window, ended up being polyurethane from trim around the new windows that had been installed, and wanted to be sure he would not scrape/ruin any tinting we may have trying to remove it. This was very much appreciated! Overall great deal, great experience and will call Window Genie again.

The person showed up about 15 minutes late. He did a great job when he was there. He gave me some ideas of how to clean the windows in the future and showed me an issue with one of the windows that we had not noticed.
