He told me that several of my windows had broken seals and he told me how to fix them. I thought that was very helpful. They were punctual and a good company. I would use them again.

Overall good, they broke a $2 outdoor thermometer. Just wish they had told me...

The service was fine. They were very fast, prompt, and courteous. They contacted me right after I purchased the deal but I was not ready to schedule the appointment. However, I called them later to schedule the date and they were very responsive. They cleaned up well and left nothing behind.

It went great. Unfortunately, I wasn't home for their service but they performed the window cleaning promptly and all that. I paid the big deal price for what we agreed upon for the "Big Deal" but then I paid extra to have them clean my window screens. They did a great job cleaning the windows.

They were okay and the service was okay. I do not know if it was exceptional but it was fine. They punctured a hole on one of my screens. The inside of the sills also had dirt and stuff like that. They just wiped them down and I thought that they were going to get all the dirt out. They said something about if they had to wash it then it would turn into mud or something. I am not sure if I was supposed to expect something. Then, they did not really clean the track of the sliding door that I had and it was pretty nasty. I ended up having to do that myself. I am not sure if the extra money that I paid for was worth it. I paid them like an extra $30. We have had other services done with the people off of Angie's List like for cleaning our house and stuff like that but I think that you are having expectations like if I did it myself, this is how I would have done it and that was my expectation both with them and with the people that came here and cleaned the house. The biggest issue is that I have an expectation as to what I think it is supposed to be like. Obviously, with the expectation of washing the windows, I did not have much there because I definitely cannot wash my own windows except for the insides and I can get a ladder and do the outsides. But they were professionals so washing the windows was fine but as far as the sills and the track of the sliding door, I just think that I had a certain expectation and I do not know if it was the same as the service. I just think that if they cannot do it to your expectations then they should not offer it but I would probably use them again in the future.

This was an Angie's Big Deal. I don't remember the exact number but I paid a modest amount extra to have screens cleaned. My cleaner was professional, did a very good job, and put all the screens (17) back correctly. The clean windows were a delight and I plan to use the service again.

The subcontractors called me immediately after purchased the deal to schedule the appointment. I wasn't here for the work, but my husband was. He felt that they were very professional, did a good job, and completed the work efficiently. For the amount of time and energy it takes for window washing, the service is definitely worth the cost. We will definitely be hiring them again in the Spring. They did a great job and it was a good experience.

They did a great job. They did my screens and I was quite pleased. My windows hadn't been cleaned in awhile so it was time. Would definitely use them again.

They did very well. I liked them a lot. Our windows were very dirty. We had just built our house and there were construction going on in our neighborhood. It probably took them three hours to do our 30 windows. There were silicone and stuff on them. He was very thorough and did a very good job. It was really cold outside. I had to pay an extra $60 for the extra windows.

Purchased the Big Deal. Showed up promptly and did an excellent job.

One employee arrived to clarify what windows I wanted done, counted the windows and gave a price above my Big Deal amount. This overage exactly matched what was specified in the Big Deal on a per window basis. This employee cleaned all second story windows and said a second crew would arrive shortly to do the ground level. This crew arrived about an hour later and finishedthe ground level. The windows were cleaned very well.

He was very responsive and I was very pleased with him.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was okay. I've had other professional window cleaners that I felt had more of the necessary equipment to reach a tall house and I don't think they had all the proper equipment to do that. They didn't even use ladders. They had a squeegee on a long pole and went at it that way. They came out after I called them. I think they charged me for another $100. I think the price was a little high because what I paid I think was $75 for $150 worth of service. I won't use them again.

Window Genie showed up promptly to do the window cleaning, responded willingly to our special requests, and did a fine job. Good value for the money!

There were 2 window washers - one in - one outside, working together.As they worked the one inside pointed out to me that there were three windows that had lost their inner window seal. I hadn't noticed that and I was able to have them replaced by the window company on warranty. Several windows had not been cleaned in some time and they looked good after they were finished. Took 50 minutes.

I just found my new favorite service! I was not home when the work was done, but my brother said everything went great. The only hiccup was that they showed up an hour earlier than scheduled, but that's better than late to me. The windows look terrific and saved me so much time.
