I purchased the Big Deal for outside window cleaning. I scheduled an appointment that was convenient for me. The young man arrived arrived on time, was very pleasant and professional. He completed the work in a timely manner and did a very good job.

This is the second time we have had them out. Could not have bee any better.

They did a good job. They were prompt, came on time and he was courteous. Just one fellow came out and he was fully prepared to clean our windows. It took him less than an hour and he did both inside and outside.

Two crew members arrived on agreed date, were able to get here earlier than originally scheduled time, which was no problem. Immediately started cleaning all windows. Crew was very professional and did a great job. Windows looked great!

They were okay. I paid a couple of hundred dollars on top of the big deal price. They were very nice and they did a good job. I just cannot believe what it costs to get your windows cleaned but their responsiveness was pretty good. I would probably not consider using them again in the future. They were expensive. It was ridiculous how much they charged for that because I have always had to do my own windows and I hurt my back so I had to pay to get somebody to come and do it.

Originally they were not able to do the windows on the second floor because the machine they had did not work in freezing weather. They came back a few weeks later to complete the service. They did a good job.
