There were no troubles with scheduling. The deal didn't cover the cost of cleaning the screens and I paid them an additional $30. One man came out for the job and he was punctual. The windows did look good. The technician dropped water on the floor and left spots on the rugs. After they left, I had to wash the sills because he didn't clean them before leaving. It was an okay experience.

It was very good. He called me right away to schedule the appointment. He was on time and he did a great job but he was more expensive. My neighbors paid somebody else, and I do not know who, a lot less than what I paid Window Genie even with the discount but I added all the rest of the windows onto that so I am sure that that was why it was expensive but I am sure that I got a deal from Window Genie. It was not as cheap as some other people's price but I was very happy with it altogether. They came and they brought a ladder. They just did everything promptly and very very well. They did the work four days after I purchased it and I paid them $155 more than the big deal. I did not grade their price against anybody else and I was very pleased with them.

Window Genie of Indianapolis North was great. It was fine. They stayed up the $99 purchase price. We have some I would describe it as a lattice type thing in our entry way window and when they were cleaning it, it fell out and broke. They took it back and they repaired it. They came back and put it back in for me so I thought that was nice of them to do that. I thought the price was fine. The only thing I can tell you is they showed up and they didn't call me before they were coming. i guess they really wouldn't have had to since they were just doing the outside. They did end up cleaning the inside of the big window for us and so it would have been nice if they did, fortunately, I came home at the right time. I think theyjust need to make sure that they call people before they come. They were punctual, I just wish they would have called. They were very professional.

This is the 2nd time we have used Window Genie and they did a great job both times. We have a lot of windows in our business and they took their time and cleaned each one very thoroughly. They even pointed out areas where paint or markings were that they couldn't remove. They were prompt and respectful of all the items they had to work around.

I scheduled service with the company. I was told that they would not need to come inside. When the worker arrived, they stated that they did in fact need to come inside. I only needed the outside cleaned and did not want anyone inside due to running a daycare in my home. Attempted to reschedule to work around issue, however the company never returned my calls.

Great correspondence via email. We hashed out all the particulars and a few additions above the deal from angies list. Did payment remotely. Completely painless.

They were very speedy, it was easy to schedule and the windows were cleaned quickly.

It went fine. I was not home when they did it, so everything looks fine when I got home. I would use them again in the future.

We did not use them as we had a very tight timeline and they were booking out too far for our needs. Very responsive on contacting us and we did get a refund on our deal that we purchased. Not their fault that I had a very specific need. We sold our house in two days so didn't need them to take care of the windows. Not a bad problem to have!

Chris arrived at noon and finished washing 22 windows by 1:30PM. He did an excellent job.
