I appreciate that they were able to do the job really soon after I purchased it because I was overdue for window cleaning. It was adequate. They were working under adverse circumstances. The weather was not terrific, so I think they did a fine job given that we were in a cold weather. They were very pleasant, always courteous.

I reached out to them via email. They called me within 24 hours. We had scheduled a day for them to come out because of weather. The technician called me to see if I still wanted them to come but I chose not to have them come out. They sent me an email with different times and dates to re schedule. We ended up missing the appointment again because of weather. The technician I spoke with seemed fine. I had no problem scheduling and plan on using them in the spring.

This team was great. We were very happy with the end result---consistently clean with no streaks. I was impressed with how quickly they were able to fit us in, same week. This was important as we had company coming from out of town and didn't plan ahead. They were highly service oriented and the end result was great.

It was a difficult start because of the weather; but the service person was prompt and got the windows done as soon as it was possible with minimal fuss.

They scheduled me about three weeks out, which was alright. It was raining when the scheduled time arrived. They initial said a two week delay due to the rain, but were able to come out later that day, Two men, 35-40 minutes and they were done. I was satisfied.

Everything went well. The price was good.

They came on day they said they would. We weren't home at the time they came out to wash windows. When we returned, almost every window had smudges in the corners of the windows. Disappointing for the cost to wash the windows. They did offer to come out and redo.

Showed up on time and did a good job. I had screens on outside that was screwed into frame to prevent the wind from dislodging. He was kind enough to manually remove those at no extra charge.

Very efficient and professional. The work was done to my satisfaction in a timely manner. Will use again next year.

I was very happy with the service that I purchased through an Angies List deal. Compared to other companies I have used, I found them easy to schedule, punctual and polite. It was definitely a good deal and they did not try to upsell.

As part of one of the Angie's List Big Deal promotions, I had Window Genie come out and clean the interior and exterior of our windows. They priced out the additional windows and screens to clean and did a great job! The communication with Window Genie through the messaging service on Angie's List was prompt. They were able to work with our hectic family schedule. The came when promised and cleaned up after themselves.

They did an excellent job. They showed up early and showed me how to take my screens off of the windows, which I didn't know before. They did a great job.

I think they did a great job cleaning the windows. I had no problems with that. I had purchase a coupon and when the young fellow came to the door he was not personable at all. I was wondering if he just woke up. They went ahead and cleaned the windows and when he was finish he said I owed him $88. So I wrote him and I don't think I would have them back.

They overcharged us for the service, but they were proactive about situation and actually refunded us before we had a chance to call them about the issue. Aside from this, they did a satisfactory job and acted professionally.

It was great. They do a good job. I've used them before. They're an excellent company to work with.

We contacted Scott Brothers at Window Genie in Zionsville to have the windows of our rental property in northwest Indianapolis cleaned, inside and out. They worked with the renter's schedule to accommodate them and did a fantastic jobs. We will definitely use them for future needs.
