He was very professional and went about his work quietly and finishing in about an hour and 20minutes. The windows are perfect! No smudges or anything. It's a bonus to have someone clean the entry bow and chandelier. Because they aren't double hung windows, you have to clean them from the outside and always have to use a ladder. I could never get the windows that perfect in such a short amount of time.

Scheduling was easy. The crew showed up on time and cleaned the windows nicely. I used an Angie's List deal and added additional windows.

They came out and cleaned the windows and I winded up paying about 145 more than what I have paid for in the past. They did do a good job, however I just did not agree with the price. They were punctual, efficient, and curteous.

The representative knocked on the door just to let me know he had arrived, then he went right to work. Clean sparkling windows as a result. This is my second time to use Window Genie. They do a great job.

The service went fine. I paid an additional fee to have them clean most of windows of the house. I was not home while they did the service. They were prompt and completed the job in a timely manner. They did a nice job with the window cleaning and I had no problem scheduling the deal.

It went really well. They did a great job. I added the fee for also cleaning the screen. It was about $2 a screen. They called the day before and gave the time that they would be here. They were on time. The guy was very helpful. There were a couple of windows that were difficult to get open. He actually gave me some tips on how to get them to open easier. He just did a really good job with everything that he did.

Everything went really well considering that they did the work shortly before a wedding. Getting in touch to schedule was easy, they arrived on time, and they did a good job without making a mess. Ultimately, they made a potentially stressful situation go quite smoothly.

It was okay. It was a very rainy morning.....and I was surprised when they still showed up. It was difficult for them to clean the exterior windows in the rain and especially on a ladder. I think they did the best that they could.....but several of the windows were not really cleaned properly, either inside or outside because of the rain.

The service was great. I did paid an additional amount for the additional service of Window cleaning. I had used a coupon that had 20% off on Angie's List. The quote was $180, and then I paid $140 with the coupon. They did a great job, they were very fast, the weather was really yucky so I wasn't sure if they would be able to complete the job but they did. What stood out to me was that the one of my gutter guards had blown off, and when I talked to the owner, they had someone out the very same day, so they responded great to that concern. The guy who originally came to my house was clearly not a morning person and he was not very congenial at the start of the service, he didn't introduce himself, and he didn't really seem all that excited to be there. I would recommend them for their price and service.

If they had already given a really high price, I wouldn't have used them, but they knew they were coming there to do a service. The price stood out because it was a lot cheaper than I thought it would be. The price would be the number 1 reason for recommending them.

It was great. There was an additional $20 because he cleaned some screens. I think they did a great job. I was very happy with it. They showed up on time. They were done in a couple of hours. There were two of them. They were fast.

Provider was very accommodating with our schedule. The owner was willing to work with us and figure out what time was best for us to come out to clean. Cleaners themselves were ok. They did the job. They were young guys, not super thorough. But, they did an adequate job nonetheless.
