THEY ARE PAID TO TURN IT ON AND OFF AND DO A MIDSEASON CHECK. MY FEELING IS THAT SINCE THEY WAITED TIL AFTER IT FROZE AND THEN IT BROKE IT SHOULD BE THEIR RESPONSIBILITY, THOUGH I HAD TO PAY FOR IT.
