The work turned out fine.

I have gone to them on a few occasions and have been pleased. Clean facility. It's not a 15 min and you're out--more like 45 min. But they have a nice waiting area with seats, coffee, computer with Internet access, a tv, etc.

Inspection was performed as I waited in the Customer Lounge...free internet and comfortable chairs...can't beat it. Staff was friendly and professional.

My first day off with enough time to drive out there I showed up. They weren't too busy so they got my vehicle started right away. They have a nice waiting room where I read a book. When they were done they showed me what they found and offered me an estimate. I had them do anything they could do in less than an hour. They were supposed to email me the estimate for the rest of the work but my email address might have been copied down incorrectly because I have not received it.

Good quality of work and reasonable price. Seem honest to deal with as well.

I went to the Zionsville location on first day with my MInivan and everything went great. 2nd day I went with my Honda Civic and thought everything went well. On my way home, it started raining and I turned on the wipers to find that they were the wrong size...they were bent out at the ends so only part of the area was getting cleaned. I turned right back and showed it to them. They took 30mins and came out to inform me that the wipers they put wrong size wipers. Apparently they tried 3-4 different ones, but were all wrong size. I ended up staying extra one hour (very frustrating) and was told that they will need to special order them from Honda. They asked me to come back the next day. They put the old wipers on back. I never did go back. It was very frustrating and I did not appreciate that they put the wrong size ones in the first place and were not upfront about not having the right ones. I mean, my car is regular Honda Civic and not some exotic make and model.

They are open until midnight or 1:00 a.m. Were able to drop car off in evening and pick it up around 9:30 so didn't have to sit and wait on it.

I called prior to bringing my car in to get my headlight fixed. I received a quote and came right in as they told me I didn't need to make an appointment. I went in and the guy at the front told me to go to the NAPA auto parts place right next door and buy the light bulb because it would be cheaper. They were very nice and I came back out and they installed my light free of charge. Very nice and excellent service!

They were very thorough. They gave us a good estimate and told us ahead of time what the price would be. It is an older truck, and they didn't just work on it without giving us an estimate. They gave the truck a through check-up. I think they were very thorough. They advised us in advance before they did the work. Because it was an older truck, they were very up-front about what needed to be done. They checked other things on the truck to make sure that they weren't going to put money into a vehicle that wasn't worth it. My husband basically dealt with the whole thing. In general, he was very pleased. This was the first time we have used them. We found them through Angie's List. They didn't try to trick us; they were very up-front. We did spend a lot of money on the job. It wasn't a big bargain, but it was reasonable.

We weren't extremely happy with the service. We took the car over there and they worked on it and said it was fixed. We picked it up, brought it home and took it around the block and the check engine light came back on. We called them and they said they fixed what they thought was the problem but there were other possibilities. We took the car back and they had it for a length of time again. It did get fixed the 2nd time but we were not happy they sent us on our way the 1st time saying it was fixed and it was not.

They diagnosed the problem and suggested not spending any money on it. They did not charge me for the diagnosis. They confirmed my diagnosis and said there was nothing they could do but rebuild the engine. They recommended I drive it til it died. I ended up trading it in a month later on a new truck. They were very honest. They acted with integrity. They did not try to sell me on any additional repairs on a 15 year old, 200,000 mile truck. I felt they were honest and forthright. I would go to them again in a heartbeat.

Run as fast and as far as you can from this facitiy! I was quoted a price of around $750 to replace the water pump. I took it to the local Buick dealership & got the water pump replaced for $375. PFM obviously overcharges and tries to take advantage of people in need. I will NEVER go back here again & will make sure everyone I know is aware of how they handle business. Very shoddy and dishonest as far as I'm concerned.

I would absolutely go back to them. They have gone above and beyond with fixing things for free. They have noticed problems while they've fixed other problems, just fixing them at no charge. There was an issue that took them several attempts to fix, but they didn't charge me for each visit.

It went fine. The fuel pump had gone out and the vehicle had to be towed. Informed me of everything that needed to be done and the work was done in a timely manner.

I took my car to a specialty brake repair service, they quoted $780 to repair the front brakes. They said I needed new rotors and brake lines as well as replacing the pads. I called PFM, they quoted $465 for the same work. I took my car in, and when I picked it up the bill was only $340. They were able to save the rotors and said the lines did not need replacing. I just found my new mechanic!!! Great service, great work, and HONEST!

We took the car (old Toyota Camry) in on a Saturday because we thought a strut had broken. We had never used them before but it was New Year's weekend and we couldn't get in to any usual places. They were responsive and willing to look at the car that day. The report by phone later was that the struts were bent (expensive to fix)--the mechanic said it must have been in an accident (it hasn't been), but the one that appeared broken had been stuck (maybe due to the cold). He didn't make it clear on the phone that the strut was no longer stuck. However, of great concern were the rear brakes which, he said were almost down to the metal. Because of the high estimate, we declined any work. When we picked the car up, we saw that the strut was no longer stuck (the wheel well wasn't down on the tire like it had been). He said that the struts weren't a safety issue, but the brakes were more urgent. The cost was $44.49 for the diagnosis. The strut has been fine ever since. The brakes have now been checked out by our usual auto place. Their report is that there are 15,000 to 20,000 miles left on the rear brakes and 25,000 left on the front brakes. Not as urgent as the PFM employee led us to believe. It's old advice, but use caution at this place if you take your car in for one thing and they diagnose something else. We definitely did NOT need new brakes.

THEY WERE VERY RESPONSIVE TO MY REQUEST FOR SAME DAY SERVICE. I HAD MY CAR TOWED THERE BY AAA, THE PROBLEM WAS DIAGNOSED AND THEY CALLED ME WITH THE ESTIMATE. I OK'D THE WORK, AND IT WAS DONE WITHIN HOURS.

Every time I go in there they are just excellent. I've been in so much that I even know them by name now. Joe and his crew do a wonderful job. I live in Fishers, but I still take my car there every time because they are so honest and they do great work.

They are great. They get our trucks back on the road in less than 24 hours. No one else can do that.

MARSHALL IS GREAT. I'VE FINALLY FOUND A MECHANIC FOR LIFE! THIS PLACE IS GREAT. WONDERFUL PLACE FOR SINGLE FEMALES WHO LACK MECHANICAL KNOWLEDGE. WHEN IT COMES TO AUTOMOBILES THEY ARE HONEST, PROFESSIONAL AND FAIR. THE WAITING ROOM EVEN PROVIDES THE INTERNET, SO YOU CAN "SURF" WHILE YOU WAIT. THEY HAVE CLEAN BATHROOMS. THEY ALSO HAVE REFRESHMENTS. THE CAN SHUTTLE YOU, IF NEEDED. THEY GAVE ME A RIDE HOME TWICE WHILE I WAS WAITING FOR MY VEHICLE, AND I LIVE ALMOST TWENTY MILES AWAY. I WAS REALLY IMPRESSED! MUST IMPORTANTLY, NO UNNECESSARY CHARGES. AND THEY WILL LET YOU KNOW IF THE WORK REALLY NEEDS TO BE DONE. IN OTHER WORDS, IF IT'S NOT BROKE THEY WILL NOT FIX IT TO PACK ON THE CHARGES. A GREAT PLACE! THEY PROVIDE HONEST AND CASH SAVING ADVICE. YOU CAN BELIEVE WHAT "MARSHALL" SAYS AND FEEL CONFIDENT THAT HE IS TELLING THE TRUTH. I'LL NEVER TAKE MY VEHICLE TO ANOTHER PLACE AGAIN!
