Description of Work: Maxson removed rotted sill in a large sunroom with old custom windows, and replaced them with new Pella casement windows, plus stained them to match the original woodwork inside and out. The sunroom is 15' x 33' and has windows on 3 sides. One sill was rotted and to simply replace the one bank of windows was not possible with like windows, as the original manufacturer had been out of business for years. Walt Maxson came out and took measurements, reviewed available window options with us, and offered a number of upgrades, including in-window blinds or shades, screens, etc. He was able to revise our estimate several times, based on our requests. We were then able to find a viable substitute window with his excellent help, and schedule the work at a time convenient to us. Maxson's employees were always on time, working hard, cleaning up carefully, and completed the work on time. The end result is beautiful, and the room is cooler in the summer and warmer now that it is cool outside. I am impressed with their work ethic, and the quality of workmanship. I would definitely use them again!
