We have taken all our cars to Westfield Automotive since moving to the area. They are completely trustworthy, and always call for approval before repairing any larger or unexpected items. I feel confident that they are thoroughly inspecting everything each time the car is in, and they are always able to locate the source of any problems/noises. I also had an expensive exhaust part that needed to be replaced. Jeff called the dealer to verify that the exhaust was still under a longer 8-year warranty, which saved me the cost of Westfield Automotive repairing it. They are interested in what is best for me, and not just how to make extra money on unnecessary repairs. I would recommend them to anyone, and will always take my vehicles there!

No hassles and a pleasant experience. I called and made the appointment, no problem there nor when I had to switch the day. Upon arrival I was asked if I needed a ride and a driver pulled up immediately to take me home. They suggested replacing my front brakes within the next month and the back were fine. I was told it wasn't necessary right away and if I wanted to wait until after the holidays I'd be okay. Because I use my car for work I chose to have the work done. Estimate was right on, time to complete repairs was as quoted. A pleasure and I will be sure to use Westfield Automotive again. I did find them here on Angie's List and am glad I did.

Service was good and professional, kept the appointment time.

It seemed that they did a good job at looking things over and doing the services that I asked of them. It was a used car that was given to us so they could of found a lot of things wrong and run up the bill but they did not. I felt they were being honest with me about the condition of the car and the only thing they recommended was a tune up. I checked with the previous owner and he indicated that he had never had it tuned up, therefore, I feel they were being up front with me which is not a feeling I often get from a car repair shop. They also drove me home once I dropped my car off which was nice.

We have been going there for the past few years. They always do a great job and never do more than is necessary. They fix the proper part every time and in a timely manor. The charge a great price and we will continue to use them. They offer delivery and pick up when my car is in the shop.

I have used them for over 15 years. Jeff found a nail in my rear tire and he removed that. They are very professional, they will tell you before they perform any major work they have transportation if you need to leave your car behind. I am very pleased with their work.

We have been taking our vehicles to Westfield Automotive for over 6 years. We go there routinely for our oil changes. In addition, they help us and advise us on our vehicles when we need it. They are very honest people and provide great customer service. They always take the time to explain your car problems and answer all of your questions. Their shop and waiting room are very clean. They take appointments and drop-ins.

THEY HAVE FIXED OUR CARS FOR THE PAST TEN YEARS. THEY ARE VERY GOOD PEOPLE TO HAVE TO DO OUR CARS THE BEST. GOOD SERVICE.

The receptionist was extremely cordial. In addition, I called on June 30 (Fri.) and they were able to take me on July 3 (Mon.)

I have been taking my vehicle to Westfield Auto now for a couple of years. This is the cleanest garage you will find! They always get the work done quickly, and the pricing is very reasonable. They are also very honest about the work needing to be done, with recommendations of when to do them. I even had the mechanic tell me to wait on some repairs that he deemed not critical to the car's performance. He said we could always get to it later. When does a mechanic ever tell you to not have work done? Very refreshing!

THEY TOLD ME TO JUST KEEP REFILLING IT ONCE A YEAR INSTEAD OF SPENDING HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS FOR REPLACEMENT.

THE MECHANICS HAVE ALWAYS BEEN FRIENDLY AND INFORMATIVE. WHEN I TOOK THE CAR IN FOR THE 45,000 SERVICE, THEY WERE HONEST ABOUT THE WORK THAT TRULY NEEDED TO BE PERFORMED. THE STAFF IN THE OFFICE IS FRIENDLY. THEY EVEN CHANGE THE TV CHANNEL TO CARTOONS WHEN I BRING MY THREE YEAR OLD DAUGHTER WITH ME. THEY OFFER TRANSPORTATION WHEN THEY NEED TO HAVE THE CAR FOR SEVERAL HOURS. THEY WILL DRIVE FROM WESTFEILD TO CARMEL WITHOUT COMPLIANT.

I WAS IMPRESSED THAT THEY CHECKED, & FOUND THAT MY CAR WAS ON A RECALL NOTICE FOR A BRAKE BOOSTER ISSUE, SENDING TO THE DEALER FOR A FREE REPAIR, RATHER THAN CREATING WORK FOR THEMSELVES.

WE'VE USED THEM FOR A COUPLE OF YEARS NOW. THEY ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND VERY HONEST. WE'RE VERY HAPPY.

GREAT WORK, EXCELLENT PRICING, I WAS DISAPPOINTED WHEN I GOT INTO MY CAR AND IT SMELLED OF SMOKE. THREE DAYS LATER IT STILL SMELLS. THIS IS THE ONLY THING THAT WOULD PREVENT ME FROM RETURNING TO THEM.

WE WERE HAVING PROBLEMS GETTING OUR VAN TO START IN THE MORNING. WE HAD TO BRING IT IN 3 TIMES BEFORE THEY FOUND THE PROBLEM, BUT THEY DIDN'T CHARGE US UNTIL THEY FIXED IT. WE HAVE HAD ROUTINE MAINTENANCE DONE HERE ALSO AND HAVE BEEN VERY PLEASED WITH THE SERVICE.

THESE GUYS DID A GREAT JOB. THEY GAVE ME AN ESTIMATE WHICH TURNED OUT TO BE $120 HIGHER THAN THE ACTUAL COST.

I HAVE TAKEN MY CAR HERE ON SEVERAL OCCASIONS WHENEVER I NEED ROUTINE MAINTENANCE OR HAVE HAD A PROBLEM, FOR THE PAST 2-3 YEARS. THEY ARE ALWAYS PROFESSIONAL, HELPFUL, HONEST AND GIVE GOOD ADVISE. I TRUST THEM COMPLETELY.

I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE. THE MECHANICS ARE HONEST AND VERY EFFICIENT. THEY DO WHAT THEY SAY THEY WILL DO.

THEY ARE FIRST CLASS!! I WOULD NOT TAKE MY VAN ANYWHERE ELSE! HAVE USE THEM SEVERAL TIMES

THEY WILL FIND THE PROBLEM, IF THEY CANT DO IT THEY WILL TELL YOU AND HELP FIND SOMEONE WHO CAN.

DO A GREAT JOB. VERY SOLID WORK..THEY ARE ESPECIALLY GOOD MECHANICS. THE GARAGE IS VERY WELL RUN. THEY ARE TRUSTWORTHY AND DON'T TRY TO TAKE ADVANTAGE.

WHEN I WAS NOTIFIED OF THE COST, THE TECHNICIAN INFORMED ME THAT IT WAS TIME TO HAVE THE OIL CHANGE (WHICH IT WAS), AND ALSO LET ME KNOW MY FRONT BRAKE PADS WERE ALMOST WORN OUT AND NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. I AM SO THANKFUL THAT THEY ARE OBSERVANT AND CONSCIENTIOUS ENOUGH TO LOOK OUT FOR MY DRIVING SAFETY.
