We always use Westfield Automotive. You can put A's across the board.  We use them for everything car-related. 

If I were recommending them, I would tell someone that I would use them again. It took approximately one hour to complete the services. There is nothing that they could work on to improve. I'm happy with everything that they do. The workers that I ran into were very professional. I've been using them for years.

I really like them. they are cool people. They don't gouge you, they tell you what things are going to cost and they do what they say. They charge you what they are going to charge you and they do the work that needs to be done. I have used them, I will use them, I love these guys. Whatever the price was it was pretty darn reasonable. They go out of their way not to overcharge me. We had an issue with them in the past where we had a problem with the electrical system. They went down the road, boosted the car, got there, figured out what was wrong with it and didn't charge us anything because it wasn't really anything they had to work on. These guys don't gouge me. They are sometimes a little crabby in the office.

They are excellent and do very good work. They are timely and we would highly recommend them.

Great - Westfield Automotive stated that they could do the work but it would cost $400 to $500 and Ford had provided an extended warranty that should cover the work for $0. Referred me to contact Ford and get the work completed ASAP. Did not charge me for the inspection.

We've used them for years and we've always been very happy. They never try to up-sell you on anything and they always try to fix things as opposed to just replacing parts.

They didn't charge me for the overnight stay though they said they couldn't do it. They couldn't fix it but at least they didn't charge me for doing nothing. They didn't charge a diagnostic charge. They kept it overnight until I could get a pickup to take it away.

I kind of like them. I go there all the time. You have got to make it ahead of time but when you show up for example, if you are to have an oil change at 10 O'clock, they will get you in at 10'Oclock. Once you make that appointment, they are very diligent. I have been using them for a couple of years. The best thing is, they don't recommend what you don't need. They don't hitch you up with extra costs just to generate more income. If you need something, you need something. If you don't, you don't. They have high integrity.

They attempted to recreate issues to diagnose.  Lubed door latch and fully analyzed defroster.  They quickly found and notified me that to get at the problem with the defroster, the dash would need to be removed.  They were very honest and let me know that this would be very labor intensive and asked what I wanted to do.  I appreciated the honesty and decided not to pursue further, which they were perfectly OK with.  For door latch lubrication and the diagnostic, I was not charged.  I was incredibly impressed since they clearly had some time into this vehicle.  This kind of service and honestly is increasingly rare.  I have been a regular customer and will certainly continue.  And I ALWAYS recommend to family and friends Westfield Automotive.  They do things the right way, and follow the Golden Rule with their customers.

Westfield Auto made sure the sensor was appropriate for the vehicle using a high quality aftermarket (after consulting with me, giving me the available options & obtaining my permission) which cost significantly less than an OEM sensor.  I made a mistake on my appointment time & Westfield Auto had the job done before I was to even show up!  They continue to be my go-to auto repair shop.

I have been using Westfield Automotive for several years and have always found their services professional, honest and with integrity.  Charlie has been a great mechanic and has been my primary service agent.  He and Westfield Auto do a great job servicing and keeping me informed about their findings, laying out the options and doing the work agreed upon in the time frame outlined and in budget.  What I really appreciate is a call from Charlie laying out the findings and options.  He does a great job explaining and answering the questions I have.  This latest visit was to check out a wheel noise.  They had changed out my wheel bearings last year and low and behold one of them failed.  They replaced the bearing under warranty and I was on my way.  No upselling- just good honest quality work has been my consistent finding.  I've referred others to Westfield Automotive and will keep doing so.  Thank you for the super service.

They are absolutely topnotch, never had a problem, they did a wonderful work. I purchased a new car with all the maintenance, and is warrantied for 2 years. I don't need to go there until my warranty runs out.

Called mid afternoon the day before and they were able to fit me in the next day.  Dropped off  the car that evening after they were closed.(they have a nite drop box)  The shop called before noon to advise me it was a tire issue and not a suspension problem. My vehicle was ready before 5.  I have used them in the past and feel that i can trust them with my vehicles and to get it right the first time.  I will continue to use Westfield automotive and I would have no problem recommending them for any kind of automotive service. 

Great! I dropped off my car the night before and left keys in the dropbox. I had a cal before 9am the next morning that my car was finished. Since I cold make it back before closing, Vicki took my credit card info and locked the keys in my car and I was able to pick it up after hours.

About 7 years ago, our SUV was having a few issues.  So, we took our vehicle to a big local dealership that we had used many times and much to our disappointment received a quote of over $3,000.  This was not in our budget and we needed a better quote.  I don't recall who referred us to Westfield Automotive or maybe we got them off of Angie's List, but we thought we'd get a second opinion.  Oh, are we glad we did!  We took our other estimate with us and half the things the dealership said needed done did not need done.  I think we spent around $800 for the repairs with Westfield Automotive.  We've now been going to them for routine maintenance and any vehicle issues for over 7 years now.  The staff that we know (Jeff, Neal, and Vicky) are fantastic to work with.  They always take great care of us in a timely manner and the pricing is very reasonable.  I would be hard pressed to find a local automotive repairs company that has more honesty and integrity than Westfield Automotive.  We are very pleased customers and they are an A+ company.
