Scat Pest Control

I had seen a few tiny ants in the kitchen and have had other outside insects coming inside in the spring and summer, so I've begun having the perimeter of the house sprayed yearly. Did a thorough job and I haven't seen another ant.

He was very nice. I was delayed and he waited!

With a neighbor, we were able to call on Scat to spray both of our homes the same trip. Scat personnel were pleasant and informational on the phone and in person, which was important for me since I have two cats and one dog. Daniel came on time, did his work efficiently, which included crawl space and ground floor spraying, as well as outdoor perimeter work.

I have Scat spray inside my home and the perimeter of my house every 3 months. I have used them for about 3 years. I love them. I usually request Daniel for the service and he is the BEST! I have never had a bug problem in or around my home that they could not elevate. I will continue to use them as long as Daniel continues to work for his Dad (Mark) the owner. I have never had roaches - ever. That would be my worst fear- but if I did, I know they would get rid of them. Having quarterly service is the best way to go because it insures no bugs year round. I can't say enough good things about Scat. Especially Daniel. My Mom and my sister have quarterly service with Scat as well. That's how I found out about how wonderful they are.

Mark was on time and very professional. He knew all of the proper places to apply the insect spray. Sprayed inside, in the crawl space, around the house and some trees/grounds.

They are always prompt. They are always courteous. They remind me by sending a post card, which is good because they come every three months. i am certainly very pleased with them.

The owners Nephew was on time, very personable and very thorough. He took extra time to explain what he was doing and why. He repeated the areas that he thought need it most. He even got into the crawl space (pretty wet but not mud). We have been very pleased with his work. Used the coupon for the work which brought it down to about 120. Angie's list coupon.

The company is a father and son team that is very professional. They returned my call in under an hour to schedule an appointment. The son arrived promptly on the date and time, used protective footwear in the house and explained the procedure. I signed up for quarterly pest control. This is a great company and I would highly recommend them. I also received an Angie's List discount.

I sent a detailed email describing a problem I was having with ants and asked for their help. I never received a reply.

I couldn't be more happy. Do NOT hesitate to call them or hire them. I have had experience with termite work before in Houston Tx, so I knew generally what to expect. Thes people know what they are doing, and are honest. When I first called I ended up speaking with Mark's son, Mark was out of town, Mark's son talked to me, was very helpful and I felt very comfortable waiting for Mark to get back into town. I was not sorry. I will be telling all my neigbors about Scat . A great value for the money, and with pest control it is nice to feel secure in their evlaluation and actions.
