The owner himself came within a couple of hours from the time I called. He guaranteed his work.

I have used Scat pest control for about 14 years. This is a fantastic company. They are always on time. They send the same person to my house so he knows the specifics of my home. Once I was having a window replace and during the installation, I discovered that ants had invaded the wood that was to hold the new window. I called them and asked for an ''urgent'' visit to help out before the new window was replaced. Scat did not have a service person in my area that day, but they rearranged their schedule to come right over. Awesome!! I should have been singing their praises for the last 14 year.

Scat was informative on the phone when I called to set up the appointment. They came out within a few days to spray for the ants that I had in my kitchen. They sprayed my entire downstairs and all around my house. They told me that if I saw any more ants within 30 days to call them back, and they would come back out and respray.

They did a great job and they are very friendly. I've used them many times and they are always great. They just do a good job. Their pricing is reasonable.

Excellent. They were on time, verified that the bees were not honey bees, used a powder spray to kill them. The person who did the work knew what he was doing and worked quickly. The problem was resolved. Unlike other pest control,he not only did the work, he didn't try to sell me anything else.

Treatment, to date, has been very effective. Owner very thorough. Took time to explain problem and solution options. Maintenance contract was not required for initial treatment. Cost included Angie's discount coupon.

Outstanding service. They quickly determined the problem. They treated house inside/out & also treated for carpenter bees, at no additional charge since in such a small, isolated area. They were very friendly & polite, especially with the children. I've had other companies, and not the same quality of service. They will be our main pest control company in the future.

They were wonderful to work with. They came out within a few days and gave me an estimate and were able to spray our deck containing pergolas right then. They guaranteed their work for the rest of the year, and said that the insecticide might hold for next year as well. The owner even sent me a check to reimburse me for a new customer coupon that I asked about 1 day after I had paid the bill. I would certainly use them again.

I did not need to move anything away from the wall. I have not seen any centipedes around the house yet. I am very happy with it. He sprayed the interior and exterior.

He sprayed something for me with my own spray and didn't charge me to get rid of spiders.

Great - Mark stopped by to give an estimate once in the area, and performed the work on-the-spot. Mark's method of not setting appointments to give estimates is a bit unconventional, but as we were home anyhow and I assume his schedule is insane this time of year, it makes sense that he can cover more ground this way. He treated 2 gables (cedar fascia), and the new deck, which the bees had gone right after. Have not seen them hovering around since. We will easily do this again if needed, and will call Mark again!

They do a great job: on time & very polite.

Representative was on time and very courteous. He made several suggestions of other measures I should take (e.g. trimming trees back )to reduce the possibility of ants getting into the house. Unfortunately the first treatment didn't solve the problem. However, their service is guaranteed and they will come back and retreat the problem areas.

I haven't seen any sign of them since the job was done.

Brian showed up early and waited outside in the company vehicle until the appointment time. Explained what he was going to do treatment wise. We went through the house together as I showed him areas that I had paid particular attention paid to and areas that I wanted caution used. He did a great job, wore footies, couldn't tell he had even been here. I was very satisfied with this companies service and will use them again.

They were very nice, came out, & sprayed inside & out. The treatment got rid of 90% of the bugs. The house had been vacant for a while & was a little run down so there was a lot of bugs. I called them back (2 weeks after treatment) & they gladly came out & sprayed again. They totally stand behind their 30 day guarantee.

They are very professional, come out on time. We have been using them for about 8 years. We did have a problem (some bugs appeared after a treatment) and they came out again and corrected it quickly.

I called Scat and they said it was too cool to come out and that I needed to wait until it warmed to 80 degrees so they could observe the activity. The next week, Mark called and said he was in the neighborhood and wondered if he could stop by. I was in a hurry but I said yes. Mark was extremely friendly and very knowledgeable. He showed me where the carpenter bee infestation was located and churned the mulch in my shrub bed to show me that there was no underground nest. Probably just a bee that made its way underground when I was weeding. He then quoted me for spraying my house and gave me an Angie's List discount. He sprayed along my roof line using high power sprayer from the ground and was on his way within a half hour. Price bit high for difficulty, but great service. Mark guaranteed they would be gone in a week. If not, I was to call him and he would come back. After a week, the carpenter bees around my house are gone.
