They arrive on time to do the work. They are professional while they work. I will continue to use them in the future. The quality of their work is good. I would recommend them.

Scat was very professional from the start to the finish. The gentleman that came out was very cordial to my children and my pregnant wife that is at home. He answered all questions regarding whether she should leave the house do to her being pregnant and also pertaining my kids being there running around. I would recommend them to anyone. Very Nice Job!!!!

They come and do the job the way it is supposed to be done. They visit with to be friendly and to let you know what it is they've just done. The price is reasonable.

After 8 unsuccessful months of using another company on a monthly basis and with special treatments (inside and out) to rid our house of ants, I called Scat. Mark assured me they could absolutely get rid of them despite my skepticism. His son, Daniel, came and treated the interior, exterior and crawl space thoroughly. After one treatment the ant problem improved dramatically. Within a few weeks we were no longer seeing any live ants. We still do find dead ones in some areas, so obviously the treatment is still working after nearly 2 months. Mark called several times to check in with me and see how things were going. Since our house had sat empty for over a year before we moved in, Mark recommends another treatment in a few months or perhaps quarterly for awhile, which we will do, but I never felt any pressure. His son was very professional and knowledgeable when he came to spray. I felt good about our experience and would highly recommend Scat!

I called them late yesterday in the afternoon and they came today to do the spraying. We did want them to spray as soon as possible because we are having a party tomorrow. They seemed to be very professional. Their work is guaranteed, so if we see that the spraying did not work, they will come back.

I would highly recommend the company. I had one occasion where a pipe burst in the crawl space in between my scheduled service dates which brought on many centipedes. I called SCAT and they came to re-spray for free!

First, they were going to come out to clear the rat problem that I was having. However that same weekend we had a problem with bees and they took care of that as well. They are my new pest control company and they come out to replace the rat traps when needed.

Apparently the treatment worked, because he assured me, we would not see any more ants. He told me if I really want him to he could come back in 1 year. He was the nicest man - so polite. I truly got my money's worth - I have not seen another ant. Just some dead ants!

When I called they were very nice, upfront about the pricing and were able to come to my house in less than 48 hours. Daniel did the work, he was friendly, respectful and took special care to spray extra stuff around the doors to make sure that no bugs could get in. There was also a very small hornet's nest (about 2 inches in diameter) under an awning and he "zapped" that for no extra charge! Also - he wore special covers on his shoes to keep my floors clean, I appreciated that extra step! I would use them again without hesitation.

Excellent service, the exterminator was very professional (wore boot covers without my asking!) polite and efficient!

The mice were gone within days, however in the early spring I began to notice a bad smell in the house. I had SCAT come back and they could smell it too. They went into the crawl space, but nothing was there. They suggested calling a wildlife company believing something had gotten into the chimney. I called the wildlife guy, and he immediately said it was dead mice in the walls. Given the infestation, it probably couldn't have been avoided. My only choice is to wait for the mice to desiccate, or to tear up the walls to try to find the source. Overall, SCAT did what they were asked to do at a fair price. I did not know that the mice might die in the walls, but if they were in the house, that makes sense.

They took care of the problem and we are using them in the coming months for other pests. he was prompt and charged reasonable prices. He was very nice to deal with, and we even got a discount for being with Angie's List. We are very satisfied with the excellent service.

We have not had any problems since.

They did good job. He was a nice friendly guy that came out. Don't remember how much we paid but it was reasonable for the work that was done.

They solved the problem with me over the phone. They told me to get a sample, put them in a jar of hydrogen peroxide, set it outside the door and someone would pick it up that day and let me know the results. He did exactly as planned and I took care of the problem and he did not charge me anything.

They were excellent! We would use them again.

They are friendly and neat. They cover their shoes before they come in the door. If we ever have pests in between visits they'll come back out, especially during ant season! I will continue to use them.

They are very good. We also use them for a rental home that we have as well. They are just great people, we have no complaints. We will always use them for future pest control service.

All of the technicians are very professional. They come out free of charge if there are bug problems between treatments. I have only had to do this once in two years.

Daniel, who was the son of the owner, went under the crawl space as part of his pest control job and also reported the condition of the crawl space back to us. We appreciated that!

The treatment is good for 3 or 4 months. They charged reasonable prices and I would use them again.

It appeared to me that some insect was tunneling into the siding on my house. Based on my description, the serviceman told me that it was probably a woodpecker searching for some sort of larvae. He offered to send someone out to inspect, but said that he was almost certain it was a woodpecker and wanted to be honest and save me a needless service call charge. He said that he would be happy to verify his assessment if I could bring a piece of the damaged siding to his office. That made sense to me since I'm going to have to replace the siding anyway. SCAT saved me money with this free phone consultation. They are an honest company. If I ever need pest control service, I will call SCAT.
