+ -1 moreBy fixing the problem identified originally by Scat and corrected by Bedell Plumbing, we avoided a more expensive leak problem and eliminated the insects. Scat has not charged for follow up work after their visits.
Description of Work: Scat Pest Control comes on a scheduled basis to treat our home (each room, the garage, and around the outside foundation). Each time the service rep (Matt) asks about any special problems. The last time we told him about a small insect we had seen each morning in our master bath. He treated our drains. A few days later, we continued to see the insects, so Mark asked us to trap a few in alcohol. After Matt picked up the container, Mark sent the insects to a Purdue lab, which identified them as moth flies. Mark advised that moth flies are the result of drain stoppage or plumbing leakage. He suggested we hire a plumber to search for the problem. We were puzzled, since we could see no stoppage or leakage, however, a plumber came a few days later and discovered a leak in a shower drain.

He was very good with both my kids and dog and let me know when it was safe for them to be in areas that he had treated. I haven't seen any ants in my house since he sprayed.

+ -1 moreI have known about this company for awhile as a place that I worked with used them. I thought they were wonderful. The guy that came was really a nice young man. He came on a Saturday and it looked like it would rain, which it did later. He had told me that if it did rain heavily that they should probably spray again. He came back on Monday at no extra charge to spray again.
Description of Work: We moved into a brand new home so there were a lot of bugs, wasps, and spiders to deal with because of the construction. They sprayed for all those types of bugs.
