Courteous and good value for the money. We have used them for several years and it is consistent in that we always get what we expect.

They were prompt and came when they said they would come. They were also competitively priced. They have been very professional and polite. I found out that they only treat insects and pests that crawl (not flying insects or bugs).

Before Scat, we were having lots of problems with bugs. They do a good job, and keep pets and children in mind.

Scat was able to re-prioritize their schedule to arrive same day, arrived promptly and eliminated the nest. They also explained what to watch for to ensure that the nest was completely eliminated.

We had an ant problem that wouldn't go away. Scat was prompt, very friendly, and price was less than competitors. They even guarantee their services will work, or will be back to re-spray within 30 days, which we had to have them do and it fixed the problem! They sprayed inside, and outside our home to get rid of the ants.

Scat is always here when they say they are going to be here. They are always very friendly. They have done extra services for me before and always are easy to get an appointment with.

This price is per visit, so this charge is four times per year. If they come out additionally for any service calls, it is not an additional charge. I think the price is fair. They have been good. Generally they do a very thorough job inside and out. We have only rarely had to have them come in for a repeat visit. We have been using them for about five years now and will stick with them. We would recommend them to others as well.

Whatever it is they spray, it's doing the trick. They told me if I'm having any issues to call and they will come out. I pay per quarter. I haven't compared prices. Their service is excellent. I intend to continue using them because they've been very effective.

Everyone at this company was professional, friendly and courteous. The technician arrived on time and was careful to wear protective booties when working in the house. He also explained what he would be doing and completed the job thoroughly and advised that we would be getting a reminder card about the next quarter's service. He also told us that if we should notice any insects running about, to just call and they would be out to re-treat at no charge. We are very pleased.

The technician showed up on time, got right to work, listened to our descriptions of where we had seen problems, and asked us questions to help refine his treatment program. He explained in detail the answers to our questions so that we felt we understood completely what he was to do and how the treatment would work. He sprayed around the outside walls, porch, windows and in the crawl space. He was very thorough.

We called SCAT because we had used them before and were satisfied with their work. They came out the very next day and took care of our problem. They also sprayed around the perimeter of the house. Daniel from SCAT gave us some very helpful information in detecting were the moisture problem that attracted the ants might be coming from. It turned out he was right. We will definitely contact them again if needed.

They were very easy to work with. I had in mind what I wanted, a one time treatment and while they pitched their full service package once it was not overbearing and once I turned them down they weren't insistent. They arrived on schedule and worked quickly and professionally. About a week after their treatment the ants returned and they came back for a second treatment, no charge, as they explained that they would. Since we've had no problem. I would use them again without even calling around first.
