Perfect. This is the second time I have used Scat, and the process is so easy. They do a great job. The last spray lasted 2 years, and I was just starting to get 1 or 2 pill bugs, when I noticed ants outside. This time, they just sprayed the outside of the house, and not an ant in sight.

Scat was able to come out quickly, made an initial exterior only application, and then returned to make an interior application at our request, on Saturday morning of Memorial Day weekend. The representative from Scat was friendly and courteous, arrived on time, and assured us that he would continue to return until all problems with ants were solved. We have not had to have him back as we have not seen any more ants.

SCAT arrived the day after I called, they were very helpful both on the phone when I described the problem and after the service when the ants returned in another area. They returned promptly, retreated everywhere again, and came one more time when I saw a few more ants. Eventually, because of the nature of my condo and its location, I chose to have them come and treat every 3-4 months. I like this business because there is no yearly contract to have them come every few months ... and if the ants cease to be a problem, I can always revert to the "as needed" plan.

Came promptly to do the work as scheduleld. Had to spray the outside of house as well as the cabinet in the kitchen. He was very careful not to step on my plants. And the ants were promptly gone.

The man I spoke with was very helpful. He said the large clump of honey bees on the branch of my tree was most likely a swarm. He added that it would be gone in 2-3 days, which it was. He also gave me the name and number of a beekeeper if I decided I wanted someone to come and get rid of it.

They spray the interior first using covers on their shoes and using a spray which is no longer offensive in smell as in years passed. Then they spray the foundation of the house as well as the crawl area.

Very friendly customer service. On time arrival. Quick work and so far, two weeks out, seems to have been effective.

The process was very professional and appears to have worked extremely well. The application was very thorough and the spraying included any area near the home that might be a nest area for the ants. Such as a tree stump and a downed tree/log. I was very impressed with the professional manner of David.

I called Scat Pest Control after having a poor experience with another company. They came out and were very polite. I signed up for quarterly service (no written contract, just a friendly agreement). They took care of the problem (ants) on the first visit! They even took care of a carpenter bee problem at the same time. It amazed me that they took care of ants in one visit-something the other company couldn't do in several visits.

We have used them for almost 6 years. They are fabulous. They send reminder cards when you need to call and set up an appointment. They come at super convenient times, whenever you have available. The people that come are really good and friendly. They try to keep the people consistent, so you don't have to keep going over everything.

Mark took time to thoroughly inspect for potential problems. Our crawlspace is difficult and unusual, due to construction on a slope. He also cleaned out lumber remnants left from construction, to reduce exposure to infestation.

I don't care for bugs. The service keeps the house free of them. Service techs are friendly, professional and always punctual. I've used them for years and have been happy with their service.

I noticed rotting wood in a few places on the exterior of my home, and one day in the fall I noticed a large number of ants with wings coming out of the ground and a board near the foundation of my home and the patio. I was afraid that calling an exterminator would ensure that someone would scare me into doing expensive treatments through a persuasive sales presentation. I had a positive experience with Scat Pest Control when I had sugar ants inside my home a bout 8 or 10 months ago so I called them again. Mark from Scat was excellent! He quickly determined that I did not have termites, but that carpenter ants had nested in the rotten wood at some point. He explained that they were attracted to the moisture and rotted wood, and that correcting the moisture problem and repairing the rotten wood would keep the carpenter ants away. I showed him the jar of ants with wings I collected and he identified them as citronella ants and explained the difference between termites and these ants. I was so relieved! He explained that I could help the situation by doing a treatment in the spring to eliminate these pests and quoted me a price. I plan to have him come back in the spring. The price was reasonable and it was specific to the issues I have with ants. Mark was knowledgeable, professional, courteous and honest. I will definitely use Scat in the future and I recommend this company to anyone in need of hiring an exterminator.

Great! I loved them. On time, very personable and willing to go above and beyond. The son was the one who performed our service and he went above and beyond. Even crawled into my crawl space to make sure we got all the mice taken care of.

It went well; however, they didn't spray in any other area other than the place we saw wasps coming from. Now they are nesting in a different location, under a soffit. Maybe they don't do preventive type spraying unless specifically asked.

They were punctual and professional. We have dogs and a new baby and they were very patient about the questions I had about the chemicals. We were pest free for many months.
