Scat Pest Control

Because I?m a long time customer, I pay a different amount than others would pay. They are extremely friendly, they always have an answer to my questions, and if I have any problems, they?ll come out and take care of them. Once a woodpecker put holes in our house and birds were able to get into the attic and Scat came in and took care of it. We?ve also had a bee?s nest in the yard which they took care of. The owner is a terrific person.

We have been working with them for a while. They work around our schedule and do a fine job. They seem to be fairly competitive on price.

They were wonderful. They were at my in-laws' house and they were very prompt, courteous, and well-priced.

They are very very good. They can always come out when I need them too. I never have any bugs from the time they spray to the following time that they come out. That is why I am a repeat customer.

They got out to my home when they said that they would. They did all of the work outdoors. The price was reasonable. I would call them back in the future.

On time, polite. I had them here last January. This time they also put steel wool in a number of places. He asked if I had steel wool, which I did, but I feel that if using steel wool is a normal method, why doesn't he bring some with him?

I called Scat and the man who answered the phone was very nice. They came out to the house in less than an hour of me calling! Very Quick service! The entire spraying process took under an hour. The man didn't know what kind of spiders we had in our house, but we haven't seen any since he sprayed. We have had some ants appear which we had never seen before but I plan to contact Scat to see if that is an after effect of the spraying. Overall, we are satisfied with the service we received. I went ahead and scheduled the quarterly service b/c I feel like this company will do a great job. They will come back out if we still see bugs after they spray.

They are wonderful people. The people that they send are exceptionally polite. They were really kind to my mother when she came over sometimes while I was at work. When the satellite dish company wanted to put up the dish and had trouble with the wasps or yellow jackets, the owner himself came out and sprayed the area because he didn't have anybody available at the office.

They do a good job and I rate them high overall.

They answered the phone immediatly, took the information, came the same afternoon. As far as I can determine the problem is solved. Have used in the past and have always had good service.

The young man that had come out was very helpful, knowledgeable, and just very friendly. Everything had gone well overall.

The pest control company wanted to do more, but we wouldn't let them. They did come out again because the ants came back rather fast. The price was approximately what I expected. The quality of work was good and we haven't had any incursions of anything. They were not happy with our decision of not spraying inside the house, but they didn't make too big a fuss about it.

They send a card out every quarter and I call and schedule quarterly, whenever it is convenient for me. They might be in the area, to save them a trip is when they come. They are efficient, thorough and they guarantee their work.

The came out in the Spring. They were really good. Their workers were really professional. They got rid of the ants, and treated for them especially hard. I would use them in the future.

This certainly tops the list for punctuality and immediate service. In addition, both the man on the phone and the service provider were very professional. I appreciated the immediate response, the detailed information about how the pesticide works, and the cautions that I should take in the area where it was used for the next few days.

They came out to give me an estimate, and said that what I really needed was service with someone else and charged me nothing for coming out and giving me an honest answer.

Everything was great. He gave us a lot of information about preventative maintenance in our crawlspace. He was right on time, and was very courteous and professional. He communicated very well, and went through step-by-step what we could do preventively, such as trimming limbs away from the roof, how to lean the shelves we had on the outside of the house which were retaining water, and other tips that he did not have to give us. He even gave us tips on what we could do ourselves to save money. We were very impressed that he did not seem that he was out to make money. He was very thorough, and went the extra mile to dig deeper into the house. We will absolutely use him again, and will tell everyone about him.

It went very well. My husband enjoyed talking to the person that came out. They were very knowledgeable, quick, efficient and extremely friendly. We would definitely call Scat again. No more ants in our home.

They had to come back one time for a re-treatment. They were polite and pleasant to deal with. There were very reasonably priced.

They do more than one property for us.

They mentioned for us to be patient since it takes a few days for them to disappear. That is exactly what happened. We are now "bee free". They came out at the end of the day to help me out.

Matt did an excellent job. Matt is very knowledgeable and polite, wore booties inside the house to protect the floor coverings. Took time to do a walk through as we pointed out areas of concern and areas that we did not want treated due to pets, children, etc.
