I had an excellent experience with this company. They were polite on the phone, showed up ontime and very professional. Sean is the person who came to treat our home. He was very knowledgeable and was willing to give detailed explanations of everything he did. He walked me around to show me the places he put the bait for the mice, and where he saw places we needed to seal.

The answered on the firs call. Friendly service, They understood the problem, They didn't try to sell me additional servies. (Terminix told me that I needed an annual plan to just remove one nest!) They were at my house on the next business day, right on time. Price was right.

Very well. Scat was the only service to promptly return my phone call and they were very personable & helpful. After speaking with the guy on Monday morning, he was out to our property the same day. Everything went according to plan, with no surprises. Problem solved.

Scat came out the same day that I called. The bees were right at our front door so it was important to get rid of them fast. Scat got rid of the nest in one treatment.

Matt arrived at our home at exact time specified, looked at the yard with me and discussed the problem. He gave me exact information regarding the treatment, estimated the cost, and finished the lawn treatment promptly. Wanted to make sure all of my questions were answered. I couldn't have asked for a nicer person.

We pay $80 a quarter for that service. They have very professional young men that respect your space and they do a good job. They are very willing to come back out if the issue is not resolved. They sprayed for ants in the spring and told us that they would come back if it did not solve the problem. We called them and they came back and I think, they used a different chemical, but took care of the issue. There was at no extra charge for that.

Technician was courteous, efficient and informative. Performed services as stated in phone conversation estimate for price quoted. I will use them again.

Our home is adjacent to a very wooded area. When we moved in there were a lot of bugs around. Scat has been doing a quarterly spray for us and we have no complaints. The folks that come out to the house are very kind and clean. They have arrived on time every time we have had an appointment (3 for 3). We used a bigger name at a previous house and were happy with the person assigned to us but were not able to get the problem solved very quickly. I don't know anything about pest control, but the product or application technique Scat uses does the job. They send out reminder post cards to call and set up your next appointment... that's nice because it is a passive sales process, but probably could be upgraded to e-mail. That is not really a complaint, but more of a suggestion. We are very happy that we selected Scat!

I find them to be professional and trustworthy. They are a family owned organization and give that extra touch to their service. Nowadays you can?t trust just anybody to walk through your house, but I trust these guys. They usually send the same guys each time. They are cheaper than most places.

They are punctual. They give you an exact time, not a window when they will be there. They are friendly and courteous. They have a great price too.

I called them with a bad ant problem, hairy spiders, and out of season wasps. They answered all of my questions and provided thorough information right away. When the gentleman came out it took him all of 15 minutes to spray every inch of my house. He was very polite and got the job done. About 2 weeks later I noticed a swarm of carpenter ants in my closet that were dying as they came in. I called them back and they returned to ensure they would never come back alive! Overall, they had great customer service skills and did 3 pests for only $210.

I've used Scat Pest Control for about two years, as a regularly scheduled preventative treatment. I seldom see a spider, or any other crawling insect, in the house. They are friendly to work with and the treatment is effective. I definitely recommend them.

We had used another pest control company first. They tried twice within six weeks to address our ant problem by spraying indoors. With small children I wasn't too pleased with this arrangement but they're carpenter ants - we had to do something. When the ants returned again after a few weeks I decided to call Scat instead. So glad I did. It's been two months now and we've seen no ants or bugs in the house. They sprayed outside so I didn't worry about the kids, they seemed to know their business well and knew exactly how to address our issues. My only regret is that I didn't call them first.

They were great! We had discovered a lot of yellow jackets near our garage a few weeks ago and thought we could take care of the problem ourselves with a spray we bought at the store. It didnt seem to work like we thougth it should (it just made them active and angry!), and I was afraid that the yellow jackets would burrow further into the wall and eventually come through the drywall and into our home. We also have pets that go outside, and I was afraid of them getting stung. We decided it would be better to have a professional deal with the problem. My fiance scheduled the appointment about a week in advance. The technician arrived early, and my fiance showed him where we suspected the two nests to be around the garage. He got to work and was finished within 15-20 minutes. He said the nest was pretty large, but he dusted the area and recommended we wait a few days before sealing up the holes so they would not return. They do guarantee the work. I'm really glad that we hired a professional. It was not cheap, but the peace of mind was definitely worth it!

Great experience! Call and actually got same day service due to a cancellation. The technician was very knowledgable and helpful. Explained things very well, sprayed and the problem is fixed.

They were great! The representative arrived right on time, and he was very nice! He didn't seem to mind our dog, and he was very quick. Overall, a great experience!

Work was done quickly and efficiently. The price, however, is excessive. I would have to think carefully before I use them again. In fairness, I was told what the cost would be. The entire job took less than 5 minutes, so they might want to re-think their pricing.

Great company, the ants were gone almost immediately and have not been back. But if they do come back, Scat said they would come back for free within the first 60 days.

Very professional and friendly. Work is guaranteed for 60 days. Seemed a bit pricey to me, but if treatment works, it's worth the cost.

They came sprayed my entire house, and the entire outdoors as well. The guy was very, very, very friendly and honest. I also had an ant hill in the back yard, he was happy to kill that too. If I had ANY complaint, I would mention that they sold me a chipmunk trap for $25 that really didn't work (after trying several things, the BEST result for me was a regular, $2, RAT trap!) Otherwise, these guys are great and I'll call them again for sure!

We were replacing windows in our house and came across a nest of carpenter ants. I called Scat and was told that they could come out the same day as they had a cancellation. We set up an appointent for 2:00 pm and they showed up exactly at 2:00 pm. Daniel Packard looked over the house and recomended spraying in the house to kill any ants that were present and around the outside with a much stronger pestcide to keep them from entering the house. The 60 day guarantee is nice in that if we were to see more ants, they will come out and spray again for no charge. Daniel was very professioanl and easy to talk to and explained what he was going to do. I would call them again if I needed pest control services again.

The ant control experience was quick and effective. The service took at most 10 minutes, everything was courteous and professional, and the price was less than quoted over the phone (because the tech was able to determine that we did NOT have carpenter ants which is what I told them over the phone). Within 48 hours we were ant free.

We had an ant problem and couldn't get rid of them ourselves so we decided to call in the experts. Found Scat here on Angie's list and they had a high BBB rating also. It's been a little over a week and no ants. They have a 60 day guarantee on ants but we are hopeful we won't have to call them back. Daniel was the tech that came and he was very pleasant and explained everything well.

I found Scat on Angie's list. Called and spoke with a very nice woman. She was extremely helpful and accommodating. She scheduled a technician out within 2 days. He was the nicest young man. Manners, was careful not to be in the way as we had individuals in our office, please and thank-you all over the place, even answered a couple of "insect" questions related to my home. He was one of the nicest guys to ever come out to our office to perform a service. I would highly reccommend this company in the future, and will probably call them when I need any spraying done at my home. :-)

I would recommend this company even though we did not use them.
