I found them on Angie's List. Everything was great and I am very happy with their services. They are fair priced. They answer my phone and come when you need any help. I recently had an issue with ants and they came right away and took care of the problem. They know what they are doing and solve the problem. They are very knowledgeable and very attentive.

They provided regular service. They were very good or we would not have called them again. We had them for about four years. We would use their services again in the future.

I was very pleased with their services and I would recommend them to anyone. They are very friendly and very thorough. The first time I had called them couple of years ago was because we had a nest of bird in our outdoor grill and they had come in and had taken care of that at that time. This time it was insects that were under the grill. The technician who came out to do the work went around the house and took care of the insects that were under the grill and also took care of other dead nests that we were unaware of around the house. Then he came and told me what he had found and had taken care of all those things. They charged me the same price that they had charged me couple of years ago. I actually chose them because they are located very close to where I live. I would rate them high overall. I would use them again in the future.

They are prompt and reliable. The service guy is absolutely delightful to work with.

They were very reliable and pleasant to deal with. I have a contract with them and they come a couple of times a year. They are ethical and they guarantee their work. They come back and take care of it until it is fixed.

It was performed as they have in the past

I called the office and was greeted warmly. I informed the person that I would like to schedule a service tech to exterminate for ants and insects inside of my home as well as externally. She was very helpful and customer focus, explaining all of details, cost of one application, cost of an annual program and the name of the tech who would treat my home. We scheduled a day and time. The tech arrive ahead of scheduled perform his work in a very professional and timely manner. I have been very pleased with Scap Pest Control and will use their services in the future.

Scat is awesome. We have not had a bug in our house in 3 years! They said if they sprayed outside every quarter there would be no need to spray inside and they have been right. The technicians are great.

When we first moved into this house twenty six years ago, the house was twenty five years older and it had carpenter ants. There were some places that had gotten wet up under the siding and I didn’t know that there were carpenter ants. So I had different folks come out and they said the ants were too bad and they would have to come every other month. Scat Pest Control is local. They did what I asked. I asked them for suggestions and they said that they would come out again. They treated for the carpenter ants one more time. They said to wait and see if we see the carpenter ants again before they treat it again. They never ever ask you to sign up for a monthly contract with them or any of that stuff. They treat pests whenever they need to. They come back and look and make sure we don’t see anything. They don’t try to sell more than you need. They give you what you really need. I don’t remember how much they charged but I remember that their price was exactly competitive with anybody else. They were neither more nor less. Their real selling point was that they actually looked at the situation and treated as needed. We would use their services again in the future.

The service man was very punctual. The crawlspace is not a pleasant place to be but I guess he did a good job because we haven’t had any ants in the house. He didn’t waste any time but he was conversational and we discussed the problems we were having. He was careful with our property.

I could not have asked for a better experience. It's no wonder SCAT has been on Angies Super Service list for 10 years or more now. Mark is very professional and clearly knows his business. I would not hesitate to use SCAT again if the need arises.

They have been great for us. They are available whenever we need them to come out; if we see any spiders or whatever and call them, they will come out at anytime. I guess their price is about average. We would use them again in the future if necessary.

Everything went great. I have nothing but good things to say about the company. I got exactly what they said they would deliver. They did a really nice job. They were on time and very professional. I would recommend this company to anyone.

I was very pleased with their work. They were very clean. They were very personable and they explained everything and answered all my questions. The chemicals that they use are non toxic to humans. They seemed to know what they were doing and their product worked well with us. I would rate them high overall. I didn’t price with any one and I feel that was excellent. I would use them again in the future.

He was punctual. Didn't try to get us to do more than we needed. Made sure the treatment was environmentally safe.

Called Scat and they had an opening that day, so we scheduled for 12:00. The company called to let us know that Danial was going to be a few minutes late, which was appreciated, but he actually showed up on time. Sprayed inside the house, the basement, and all around the outside of the house. Took care of the problem.

I've used them for many years and they come out quarterly. They are just over the top friendly, accommodating and punctual. They come in when they say they are going to come in and if you have any issues they came back and treat it again. Like I had a bees nest and they came out and took care of that. I'm completely satisfied with their work and they couldn't be any friendlier. They wear little dust covers on their shoes so they don't dirty the floor. They are just a fabulous company.

Ever since they sprayed my house, the bees, ants, spiders and everything were gone; so whatever they did worked. They came pretty quickly and I?m quite happy that the bugs are all gone. It was my first interaction with them and I was pleased. Their prices are reasonable and they were responsive. I had bits of sawdust on my deck and in my basement and I thought that there might have been ants or termites, and they determined that it was carpenter bees that were causing it.

Great! We have had carpenter bees for a couple of years....while they don't sting, they are big and agressive and scare the kids around the pool and scare away the hummingbirds. Mark came and treated the areas and gauranteed the work for the season. I saw some dead carpenter bees after he left - YEA! I felt like they may have started re-drilling holes recently (5/7/11), so I called Mark back. He questioned whether the holes were new....but regardless, he came back out and re-treated without any complaints. He stands by his product and company. I will use him in the future for any other pest issues I have.

I would recommend them to everyone. I would grade them A on everything. I never had any problem with the bugs since the time I have been using them. The same person comes every time to work. I would use them in the future.

We have signed up for their quarterly service, they come out and they spray for different types of insects that may be prevelant in that part of the year. They spray inside as well as outside of the home. They are very friendly, prompt and courteous. They do have a good price. Of late, I don?t know what it is right now. If you sign up for their quarterly service and you have a problem they will come out as soon as possible to take care of it.

They come once a month to deal with any problems that may come up. They do a professional job. I will continue to use them.

It went well. He sprayed inside and outside & crawl spaces. He even told me there was some water under the house and that some siding in the overhang was loose. Did a good job..........no more ants!
