They came highly recommended. I am on a quarterly service contract with them and they have also helped with special projects. Their prices are competitive. You can get an appointment very quickly. We had mice last winter so that's kind of huge. They are very punctual and I haven't had to call them back but the folks in the neighborhood said they are extremely reliable and that they stand behind their work. I am going to make the assumption that they do only because they have been so prompt, courteous and give you information. I will continue to use this company.

I have quarterly service with them and they would be out next Thursday. I have been using them for the past 9 months. They are very professional and definitely punctual. As far as cost of service and type of service it is odor free. They would treat you for anything whether it is spiders or bees. They spray for any house pest. I am not a big fan of spiders. I really like them. I work from home and he comes out when he is supposed to and he does whatever he needs to do and he is done before I even realize it. It is a very nice company.

Kill the ants all around the house. They were fantastic.

We've been using them since about 1980 and we are happy with their service. They've removed ants, bugs, and rodents from our homes over the years. The price is also reasonable comparatively and I would highly recommend them.

I have hired them for the last three years. They are very responsive, and can typically come the day you call them. They are very good at what they do, and always take care of the issue at hand.

I liked the way they were on the phone. They explained what I needed done. They did a great job of eradicating the wasps. They came right away. They said to call if there were anymore sightings this season and they would come back out for free.

We have had swarms of small ants in the kitchen. He came and sprayed and said he guaranteed it would get the ants. It takes 7 days for full results. I trust if they don't go away they will come and take care of it. Very polite and professional.

I think I got him from Angie’s List. He gave me a complimentary nail file, which has the company’s phone number on it. His service was great. He really looked good. The truck looked good, too. His uniform was good. Pest control can be a creepy thing, but he was quite pleasant and personable. He did a good job. I will use his services again in the future.

I gave some suggestions on how I would do the work. They did not seem too knowledgable on how to solve the problem, but they did fix the problem.

Everything went well. The gentleman was on time, very pleasant, and seemed to know what he was doing. I appreciated that he finished the job on time as well.

They are remarkable. We call them to kill bugs and they also kill spiders, mice and bees too.

Daniel arrived when expected. Sprayed nests in the backyard. If ground wasps are seen during the week, call back and he will spray again.

I really like them. I stay near woods and on occasion I have mice and bees and so they take care of them. They have kept all of them under control. The mice, bugs, and ants are really under control. They don’t do around the yard and they do only around the house. They are very nice and very pleasant. I have the same guy and he comes in with his booties and walks around and sprays around and takes around 15-20 minutes and he’s done and he is out of here. Their pricing is pretty much standard. You get what you pay for and what I get is pretty much standard for what I’m paying.

SCAT did a great job. He said it might take a week for all the ants to be gone, but it took less than 24 hours. Never again will I fight the spring ants on my own!

I had used routine pest control the first few years I lived in my house but then decided to spray myself for the last couple of years. It was clear this spring that I was not getting the results I wanted. I contacted Scat Pest Control based on the reviews in Angie's List. The person who set up the initial service was very nice on the phone, explained the process and reviewed the option of quarterly treatments. Shawn, who did the initial spraying was prompt, professional and took time to answer my questions. After he finished the interior he proceeded to spray the outside of my ranch house including eaves and windows. After he was finished he also mentioned that he sprayed the bushes and plants near the house. I was a little skeptical of this but I have to say that my plants,especially a rose bush that has rarely bloomed in years past, look fabulous! It is apparent the treatment helped eradicate the aphids and insects that normally attack this plant every spring. I have had no spider or insect problems since the treatment and feel it was well worth the cost as it has made cleaning windows and reorganizing the garage much more pleasant tasks. I am extremely happy with the initial service and called today to set up quarterly perimeter treatments.

They are good, reliable, and they work with your schedule so they can come when it’s convenient for you. I haven’t had any pest issues since I have been using them.

I have used Scat previously with success and I expect the same results. I have already noticed some effect.

They come once every quarter and are reasonably priced. They do a good job and I will continue to use their services in future.

We have 70 trees on our half acre property. So, that always brings in a lot of critters over the years like carpenter ants, spiders and all kinds of stuff. I haven’t investigated other people, but Scat Pest Control has always been prompt and reliable. With the quarterly service if you have any problems during that quarter with any other pest issues, they come back. Then they spray again or they spray something different. They are very reliable and it works. I sometimes tell them not to spray in a room if the cat is there and they listen. They also say that if we have problems in the next couple of months in that room, then they would come back and spray again. So, it’s kind of nice.

They are friendly and flexible. We would use their services again in the future.

We'd had a recurring ant issue for several years. Every spring as the temperatures warmed up, the little black ants would come in and roam our counter-tops and floors. Typically we could stave them off with borax-based baits and herbal sprays. This year, however, nothing seemed to work. Additionally, our paver patio was being overrun by ants. I called Scat on a Wednesday and made an appointment for the following Monday. They called on Thursday to say that an opening had come available on Friday, so I took it. Dan was the expert who showed up. He was great - very personable and professional. The spray used didn't smell at all and the treatment was over quickly. It may be too early to tell, but so far I've seen no ants in the house.

They were awesome. They were just friendly and on time. They were also professional and clean. I would absolutely recommend them to others.

They are fine. I have used them for 17 years. They ware booties. They do a good job and will always come back if needed.
