I found them on Angie’s List, and they gave me a discount for that. The biggest thing about them is that their treatment was actually effective. I have had a persistent three year running ant problem, and I don’t have that problem anymore. They actually fixed the problem. They were effective, and their price was worth it. I have had other people that were not as effective.

Scat Pest control did a wonderful job. The person on the phone was prompt courteous and was definitely concerned about my issue and the timeframe and constraints. The person that came out to do the spraying was professional as well as courteous. We have a daycare at our church so we had to find someone that could do it on a Saturday. Scat Pest control had no issue with that and did not charge us any extra for doing it on off hours. I am looking at setting up a semi annual contract with them. I will never go anywhere else.

I have not seen an ant at all. They were very customer focused in adjusting their schedule to fit mine. They were very knowledgeable about their product. I would highly recommend them. They will come back in the fall for another treatment.

We had an ant infestation we had been trying to get rid of for a few weeks without success. We had also seen a roach and were freaked out to say the least! I called frantically and was given a same day appointment! I knew we had selected the right company when our large, very over protective dog gave approval for the gentleman from Scat to gain entrance to our home without much more than a sniff. He was very kind and professional with a great sense of humor! He asked about our pets to ensure the treatment he used would not harm them, even right down to our fish! He explained the cause of the problem, treatment being used, expected results, then gave tons of great tips on future prevention. His knowledge is amazing and was very truly appreciated. I would definitely recommend this company and will use them again in the future. To top it off, he gave me and my sister in law a company logo nail file. Nice touch. Thank you!!!

We've been very happy with them. We've used them for at least 15 years. They've always been very responsive and did the job they set out to do.

We spend $75 every quarter. There is nothing to improve on. They are really good. We had a problem with wasps last summer, and they came right out and took care of it. I don't have anything bad to say at all, only good. I think their pricing is great.

Technician Arrived, sprayed where I asked him to, explained what to expect. No complaints.

Two winters ago ants started appearing at the entryway to my home. First 2, then 10, then 50. Tiny little reddish things. They got into the candy dish that was sitting on the console and found their way into the wrappers. They got into my purse because I had one peppermint in it. Herbal remedies did not work. Hardware store remedies did not work. They would disappear for a day or two then be back in force. I called Scat. They came out within 2 days and treated the interior of my house, wince we had a foot of snow at the time. The ants reappeared in a week and Scat came out again. We had to do it one more time and no more ants. The technician said that the ants were probably nesting under the slab of the house and suggested getting the exterior treated in the spring and every spring thereafter. I followed their advice and have been getting one treatment yearly. This seems to control my ant issue.

They are members of Angie's List. They come four times a year. They are great. Their price is very reasonable and in line. They are very positive in responding.

They are excellent. If I see spiders or ants they also come back and spray for them.

We had a problem with ants in areas inside our house. Called Scat and told them of our problem. They gave us an estimate over the phone based on the size of our house. They came exactly when they told us they would come and sprayed the foundation of our house. The exterminator also found a nest of ants and gave us advice on how to deter ants. The ants are gone.
