I phoned and spoke to Ellen, who quickly and with good information fielded my call and got an appointment scheduled within three days. Sean, who came to do the work, was on time on a Saturday morning, also full of good information, and very professional. He was able to add the additional service and give me a quote on the spot after consulting with management. He and I finished up in about 20 minutes, and then he got to work spraying for the wasps. I kept myself and my dog inside the house for another two hours, and that was it. I haven't seen any suspicious wasp activity or spiders since. I was so impressed with the service and afforadability, I phoned them back with respect to an on-going termite warranty I had with another company. This time their president phoned me back and talked me through the pros and cons of continuing my (expensive) agreement with the other company. I very much appreciated his candor and expertise. I ended my agreement with the other guys, and will be using Scat for all of my pest control needs from here out. Great people, good local company.

We found Scats on Angie's List and they came with high recomendations. They arrived on a Saturday afternoon and the service tech was very polite. He quickly went to work to correct our problem. He sprayed the home inside and out. He told us if we had any problems after 7 days to call them. We did discover a few ants after the 7th day. Without question, they came out and resprayed at no charge. I will use scats again in the near future and highly recommend them.

I have a yearly service agreement with them and will use them again in the future.

It went very well. I haven't seen an ant since they left and we were having quite a problem. My wife was home and had the interaction with the person that did the treatments. She said that he was super nice and went in detail of how to prevent the problem in the future and told her that their work is guaranteed and he would come back out if we needed him to. I will definitely be using them again if I ever have the need.

Everything went good for coordinating the appointment, showing up on time, and results have been good after two weeks. I am setup for quarterly treatments for $90 an application.

When you need them you come. They come on a regular basis. If there is ever a problem they send someone right away. I have used other providers in the past but these guys are the best.

Called on a Monday to find out if they removed wasps nests from houses and sprayed for wasps. Was told that they did. They were able to make an appointment to come out to our home the same week. They gave me an estimate over the phone and were very professional, courteous and easy to deal with. The technician that came out to do the work was very courteous and professional as well. This company is very friendly and pleasant to work with. I can't really speak to the price that they charged, because I didn't shop around and so don't have any other prices to compare their price to. My only complaint would be that they were unable to remove the wasps' nests on our home. That was one of the main reasons that I wanted them to come out - to remove the nests that we were unable to reach with our own ladders. They didn't have a ladder that would allow them to get high enough to reach the nests. To be fair, the nests are on the highest peaks of our home. But my understanding from talking to them on the phone was that they would be able to remove the nests. I was assured by the technician that the spray he shot up at the nests would kill all of the wasps and that wasps shouldn't come back to those nests again next year. They did guarantee the spray and will come back out if the wasps return this season. I trust that this will work and that we won't have any further issues with wasps this year.

Impressive. He did not find termites, but he did find places in our crawl space where our gutters were flowing under the house, and recommended gutter extensions. We have not had ants or spiders since SCAT has been exterminating.

I found a wasp nest attached the back flap of my mailbox, so I called Scat Pest Control to see if they could remove it. They were able to come out the next day. They did remove the nest from the mailbox, but I was disappointed in what was left over. The flap on the mailbox where the nest was attached was left open, and on the flap there were 3 dead wasps lying there. I also noticed when I looked further that the nest had been knocked to the ground, and it looked like it was stepped on or crushed on the ground. I was disappointed in that I would have expected the dead wasps to have been removed, and the flap cleaned up and closed. I was also a little afraid more wasps would come back since the nest was left on the ground. I haven't seen any new wasps near the mailbox, so I did give Scat a "B" for the removal, but for the $75 bill, I would've given an "A" if the area had been cleaned up before they left.

They have done decent service for us for years. In the past we have had lots of spiders that they take care. I think the price is fair.

We don’t recollect how much we spent on their services. They were excellent and we had no problems with them. We will absolutely use them again in the future if we need to.

Scat has always provided prompt and excellent service. The service person normally arrives before the scheduled time and exterminates the inside and surrounding outside of our home.
