Our service call went very well.

We moved into our house in July and found out that we had spiders. While I'm mildly phobic; it was nothing compared to the itching and welts from the bites on the kids and my husband. Found Scat on Angie's List and between the good reviews and their clever name, I called them up. They came out promptly and were extremely professional, pet friendly and child friendly (none of my household managed to get to them) for the first interior and exterior treatment. After that (I think we signed up for quarterly - I could be wrong), I have not seen them, but they have been out spraying the exterior, and we have not had a single bug problem (other than the occasional visiting cricket who hopped in from the patio when we went outside) since. Their prices are very much in keeping with other companies I've dealt with in the past, and I've just placed another call with them for our most recent pest problem and am looking forward to speaking with them about dealing with it. I highly recommend them.

I used them once and I was satisfied with their work. They were very professional. The price was competitive.

They were punctual with a return phone call. We scheduled the apointment right away. We were late getting home to meet the technician but they were gracious about it. They started on the outside while they waited for us. They stressed the warranty and that if we had any problems to call them back. Very good customer service!

Very professional, efficient, and on time.

Our serviceman came on Saturday as requested and arrived a few minutes early. He asked us to identify locations where we might have seen mice or there was evidence a mouse had been. He showed us the box trap, explained the bait/poison that he was loading in the box traps and how it would affect and kill the mice. He then loaded and set the traps around the house and in the crawl space. We asked additional questions when he was finished. He was very knowledgeable and was friendly and answered our questions.

Overall went very smooth, he was running a few minutes late but called to let me know. He came in walked around to get a look and put a number of bait traps out. Was told it would take 5-7 days for me to notice and honestly it was about a week and I didn't find any more droppings. Would use again for sure. Thanks SCAT!

Everything has been going well, and their treatments seem to be doing the job. Furthermore, they have been very responsive if any issues occur between scheduled visits.

We had some kind of rodent that had burrowed in to the outside of our home. I thought it was a mouse and had no idea what to do! I contacted Scat and they came out quickly to take care of the problem. When the provider arrived, he looked at what I had discovered and he said it was a "vole" and that mouse traps would not be effective against this type of rodent. He asked if I had some steel wool, which I did, and he put that in the hole and said to call again if it didn't take care of the problem. He did not charge me a cent! Not even a service call fee! The other extermination companies I contacted said that it would be about $100 to just come out and look and about $50 more per animal removed. SO it was a very pleasant surprise that they did not charge me a cent. And it did take care of the problem! Honest, knowledgeable, fair, prompt, professional. Awesome. WIll definitely call them again if I need any extermination services.

Scat arrived on time for their appointment. They sprayed thoroughly and checked mouse bait traps which they keep in the garage area. Their representative is friendly and efficient and I always feel comfortable when he is in my home.

Today there was a mouse trapped in the kitchen cabinet. They came and removed it, in addition to respraying the house for bugs. Great service. Very punctual, courteous, professional. I will keep them as my annual pest control service.

The servicemen that come out are very thorough, professional, and knowledgeable about pests and insects. I am very happy with their service and they always do whatever I ask them to do.

very good and effective job. they sprayed the entire perimeter outside the house in the spring,and the ants dissappeared immediately and as of Nov. 1 they have not returned.

They came the same day I called. Then called to confirm they could also treat the inside while here. By the time I got home, they were gone but the Mrs. said everything was good. And they offer free re-treatment if needed when in a certain time period.

This company provides excellent service. The service provider arrives on time, is professional, and works efficiently to complete the job.

Their visits every three months has been successful. Although we have never had bug infestation, the prevention of having the home and yard sprayed, prevent any bug problems. Very satified with company.

Overall it went great! i had to reschedule and they were very accommodating. The gentleman who came out was very nice and let me know what he was doing to treat the problem. He said to give it a couple of weeks and the traps should work and all I know is since then, no mice or bug sightings! I am very thankful for his honesty. The leasing office kept swearing they were treating the problem, and the bugs kept coming back. But hiring Scat was the smart move. Even though the leasing office's service guy was free, whoever they were using wasn't doing the job. Thank you, Scat!

Overall it went well. They were running about 10 minutes behind due to traffic and they called to let me know - definitely appreciate the communication. He asked about problem areas and got to work - wore shoe booties inside as not to track in any dirt. Everything went as expected and he was pretty quick but thorough, 1,500 sq ft done in about 15 minutes or so. It's been a week and I haven't seen any spiders (yay!) and their product is pet friendly (another yay!). Only one minor issue - I was leaving the house about the time he was finishing up and as he was dragging in the hose he drug it right over some of my flowers and broke a few. I'm not an obsessive gardener or one to be super upset with something lack and with the blooming season winding down I decided not to say anything and I don't think he did it on purpose. It was just a little annoying and when I have them back I'll probably just request that he be more careful. I wish they would have had a storefront offer so I could have just purchased and scheduled online but they were prompt returning my call and worked with my schedule to get my house done very quickly.

Very professional. Prompt. Very knowledgeable, and willing to explain the process in detail to me. Eliminated two different kinds of bugs (siders and ants) with one treatment. This is a fantastic company. We will DEFINITELY use them again, and recommend them to our friends.

I was very satisfied with Daniel and his work. He was prompt, courteous and professional. I will use SCAT again if the need arises.
