Son of owner was prompt, efficient, and very pleasant to deal with. However, a few days later I discovered that all the carpenter bees had not been deterred by the spraying. I phoned Scat again and talked with the owner who made a prompt return visit and used what seemed to me to be a more extensive application and that took care of the problem!. He too was most courteous and pleasant to deal with. The price of the eradication was $150.00 but I got the Angie's discount which brought the payment down to $121.50.

I made one phone call and spoke to the owner of the service. He took the information about the yellow jackets and got the address. He told me the approximate date he would come. He did not need keys, or to contact the tenant because the infestation was outside. He came promptly and the report from my tenant was that it was "like a miracle". He sent me a bill in the mail and I sent him a check. I will definitely call again if I ever need an exterminator.

I called their office about 1:00 o'colck in the afternoon. I described the problem and explained that I did not know if they were honey bees or some other kind of small bees. He explained to me that they were most likely yellow jackets, He quoted the price for removal of both kinds. I said okay and I told him I had a coupon from Angie's List. He asked if 4:00 o'clock that afternoon would be okay. I said that would be fine. Brad showed up at four o;clock. He suited up and applied the liquid that kills the bees. After the application Brad explained that if in three days I still had some bees let them know and he would come and do another application. I fould them to be very helpful and polite

They arrived very promptly, did the job and walked around the house to be sure there were not any additional nests. Also said to call them if the yellow jackets returned. I was very pleased with their prompt reaction to my call for help.

He was punctual and very pleasant. He seemed very knowledgeable about what he was doing and offered suggestions as to possibly why the problem had occurred and how to prevent it again in the future. Excellent service - just as the other reviews read before I engaged the service!

Scat took care of a basketball size Hornets nest by spraying it until it was disintegrated. Rep was punctual, coutreous, and professional. I had used them aout two weeks earlier due to yellow jacket infestation with the same positive results and will use them again when necessary.

Explained what was needed and what to expect for results then sprayed inside and out very efficiently.

They ere prompth and were on time. Three days later there was no sign of Yellow Jackets. They did a excellent job. I will definently use them again.

The receptionist was very friendly and knowledgeable. The exterminator who came out was on time, very professional and very knowledgeable. He listened to my concerns and addressed them accordingly. This is the type of service, professionalism and punctuality that I expect but rarely experience. Should the need arise, I will be using Scat Pest Control in the future. A+!!

The one application took care off all the ants, spiders and other insects that decided to invade our new home. The gentleman who came out was prompt, friendly, professional, and he did not waste time getting the job done. The initial application was less expensive than the company we used in the past at our prior home. We are quite pleased with our experience.

Quick and efficient scheduling of service. They performed the service when they said they would. Service was completed without need for followup. Perfect !

The tech arrived on time. He promptly sprayed the nest. The treatment was successful the first time. Had it not been, he told me that he would return and re-treat the nest.

The bee hive was underneath the siding on the backside of the house, and we were anxious to get it taken care of. After a pleasant phone conversation, the appointment was set for just a couple days later. The person on the phone told us the exact cost, but it would depend upon which type of bee it was. After he arrived and took a look, Daniel knew right away which type of bee it was. Treatment for the bees was $135. While he was here, we also had him treat the perimeter of the house because of some issues with ants and earwigs. This additional service was $75. With the Angie's List first-time customer discount, our final bill was $189. Both treatments have turned out to be completely successful. We were very pleased with Scat Pest Control -- if needed, we will definitely use them again in the future and would highly recommend them. We like that it is a local, family-owned business, but even more importantly, they are knowledgeable, very professional, and pleasant to work with.

There price was very reasonable. The gentleman who came was very professional and did and excellent job. We have no spiders in the house right now, and its wonderful. The bugs that came in after he sprayed died right away. I also thought they sprayed in all the right places in the house as well as the garge and workshop.

My house was checked and sprayed. I found a few dead bugs around (which means the treatment worked!). I plan to use them again.

We like them because they are punctual, they have great customer service and the guys are very friendly and very nice. Their billing is great. These are guys that you let into your house and they are in every corner of your house spraying everything so you don’t want some guy to show up that is not trustworthy and they are very good.

Mr. Packard was prompt and cordial. Our primary concern was carpenter ants and he looked aournd and pointed out likely nests. He sprayed only the outside of our home at our request and we have not seen any ants since or any other bugs either. We are very pleased.

After an inspection he told us that it was not ant damage but water damage. After telling us this, he went back in and took pictures for us and texted them to us. He offered to treat as there could have been bugs in there but it was pointless as the wood would need to be removed anyways. The money paid was a standard fee for him to come out regardless. We appreciate his honesty and not trying to sell us a service we did not need. If we do have bug problems in the future we will definitely have Scat pest control out.

They were great! The technician was very honest. He told me that they weren't able to get rid of moths and discussed with me how to find what was attracting them and what I could do myself. I will now be using them annually.

We like them very much. They were terrific. They came and did a great job. Everything about them is good.

They are reliable, their prices are reasonable, and we would recommend them to anybody.

The recieptionist was very polite, and was very helpful. I will use them in the future.

I am satisfied with them. They know what they're doing and they show up on time, usually early in fact. They're very cordial when they're here and they work efficiently.

we had used another provider in the past with who we were dissatisfied. when the bees came back this spring we were determined to call someone else. so, we checked angie's list, reviewed a few of the top rated pest control services and ended up calling scat pest control. the primary reason we called them was their high rating and the fact that they mentioned their success with carpenter bees specifically. they came out to the house the very next day. they called me at work with an evaluation and an estimate. we accepted their quote and they went right to work. they even kind enough to accept our angie's list coupon even though i was not there to present it too them (a condition mentioned on the coupon). they did the work and left the bill at our front door per my request. i sent my check in the next day along with the coupon. best of all, no more carpenter bees! we will definitely call scat next time.
